Generous spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Corner sofa with matching armchair that easily seats 4 adults. 50 inch smart TV. Stylish and ambient lighting complements the modern and smart décor.
Fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob, Nespresso machine and additional seating at breakfast bar area, adding a cool and contemporary feel.
The area has views over the Fire Station and Duncombe Park.
Open plan living area leads onto hallway with hanging space for coats. Small cupboard which houses electric meter, fuse board, wifi hub. This is where the small ironing board and iron is stored.
4 Stairs lead off hallway to the main door to Flat 4.
Bathroom 2 leads off hallway, walk in shower cubicle, rainforest shower fitting along with hand held head, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.
Bedroom 2 leads off the hallway which has 5ft king size bed, full length mirror, hanging clothes rail with hangers, bedside tables with bedside lamps, chest of drawers, dressing gowns, curtains and a 32 inch smart TV.
Master Bedroom leads off the hallway which has a generous 6ft super king size bed, full length mirror, hanging clothes rail with hangers, bedside tables and hanging bedside lights, chest of drawers, dressing gowns, curtains and a 32 inch smart TV.
Master Bedroom En-suite has a walk in shower, rainforest shower fitting along with a hand held head, heated towel rail, toilet and basin.
Kingsbridge is lively and friendly town based in the South Hams an Area of Outstanding Beauty.
There are lots of great restaurants, cafes and pubs in the town. Along with family friendly places to visit.
The Fire Station is a retained site and is only used when required.
Duncombe Park is a great place to sit and relax whilst your children play in the playground - this is a quiet residential area of the town.
The is free on-road parking available along Duncombe Street, it is on a first come first served basis.
There is also a small carpark next to the apartment block - Duncombe Park Carpark - paybyphone App 810451.
Parking charges apply.
There is a large public carpark 5 minute walk from the property and there is roadside parking locally.

There are 3 internal half flights of stairs to reach Flat 4 (22 steps in total). They aren't steep but are a little narrow. Handrail assistance is fitted but may be difficult for elderly or disabled persons.
