This newly available to rent, beautiful 4 bedroom villa with fantastic sea views from every level, minutes from the beach, is furnished to a very standard and has air conditioning throughout.

On entering the villa the spacious living and dining areas are to the left and lead through to the kitchen and laundry. There are patio doors leading to a glass, sunny dining area that overlooks the pool.

From the entrance hall to the right are 2 double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom, one twin room and also a separate shower room.

On the first floor is the master suite with dressing area, bathroom and leading out to the amazing terrace with panoramic sea views and stylish, relaxing seating and sunbathing areas.

The pool is set in pretty gardens with lawn and dining area and can be heated at extra cost.

View of a lifetime

The most beautiful view from every spot. The house is in the best location possible. Easy walk to multiple beaches and the marina. Close drive to supermarket and Old town. Would definitely return and recommend. Plenty of room for everyone. Only note as an FYI: not enough toilet paper and no body soap/shampoo. Make sure to bring your own. Only soap for hand washing. Also, the one hair dryer did not work. Very minor inconveniences.

Great location and view!

We loved the pool and the location of the home. We had AC issues, but they were promptly repaired within a day. Wished we had instructions on how to use the washer/dryer/oven, etc. would have been very helpful since we HAD to wash. Only one bath towel and hand towel was provided for our 6-day stay. Also, no pool towels were provided so we had to purchase some. No paper towels were provided, and only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Granted, minor inconveniences, but just expected these minor conveniences to be provided for a 6-day stay.

Tout était parfait, nous étions 6 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants et la propriété répondait parfaitement à tous nos besoins. Belle piscine, plusieurs belles terrasses très bien aménagées avec de grand parasol, moins de 10 minutes de 2 belles plages. Climatisation efficace, un peu de problème avec le réseau wifi qui fonctionnait par intermittence.

Graves péripéties en vacances

Maison superbe, vue sur la mer et pièces spacieuse MAIS HELAS Nous avons été visité plusieurs fois le soir en notre absence. malgré alarme, boîte à clé, grille métallique, respect des règles demandées par l agence. Le mobilier déplacé et placards fouillés. Nos enfants ont eu très peur et nous aussi. L agence a du intervenir pour changer les serrures et les codes (nous avons dû insister). Malgré cela nous n étions pas tranquille quand nous partions. De plus 3 chambres sur 4 avaient la climatisation 10 jours sans climatisation très dure, ventilateur reçu au bout de 6 jours après plusieurs appels téléphoniques. L agence est rentrée en notre absence sans notre autorisation pour voir la climatisation après notre premier appel. La réponse de l agence était qu elle fonctionnait ce qui était faux. Nous avons du insister pour que l'agence envoi un technicien qui a diagnostiqué une panne des climatiseurs.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Communication lacking.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The house was all we could have imagined. However, communication from the property owner/manager was strange. At times, she would respond quickly and efficiently, and at other times, she never responded at all. But, overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay there again!

Excellent property with fantastic location next to beautiful beaches

This was an excellent property, situated just 5 mins from a beautiful beach and 10 mins to another stunning one, both safe for children and calm. Property was clean and tidy on arrival, they organised transfers which were waiting for us, we asked to have the poo heated for extra but this was amazing for this children. Overall fantastic

Outstanding family vacation

This is an outstanding home. We stayed as a family of 7. The house if well laid out and beautiful. The outdoor space is great and the views are exceptional. Very close to old/new albufeira and there are 2 beaches within walking distance. The property is located on a quiet court which adds to the experience. We will certainly be returning. Thank you to the property managers for easy and quick communication.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage - dennoch kleine Mängel

Das Haus ist in einer schönen Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Zudem hat das Haus ein gutes Layout. Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln, wie z.B. dass einige Steckdosen nicht funktionieren oder Birnen in den Lampen fehlen. Zudem waren die Abdeckungen für die Sonnenschirme porös und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche ist defekt. Leider kamen ohne Ankündigung durch die Agentur Gärtner und Poolreiniger bei uns aufs Grundstück. Natürlich verstehen wir, dass die Anlage gepflegt werden muss, aber wir hätten doch erwartet, dass man uns über die Arbeiter im Vorfeld informiert. Mit kleinen Kindern und jungen Frauen im Haus hat das doch zu Unwohlsein geführt. Nach Kontakt mit der Agentur wurde uns gesagt, dass sie sofort das Grundstück verlassen werden. Das hat sich dann aber doch noch relativ lang hingezogen. Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, obwohl die o.g. Themen durch die Agentur vermieden werden hätten können.

Sonnenschirme Veraltet und leider nicht brauchbar, gabs keine Kaffeemaschine. Strand in der nähe war nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder.

Beautiful house with spectacular view

Enjoyed the house, atrium, terraces and pool with our family. Very comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. Outdoor dining. The grandkids loved it.

Flott, stor bolig med alle fasiliteter!

Flott bolig med spektakulær beliggenhet. Passer fint for en storfamilie eller to familier. Kommunikasjon med utleier fungerte veldig bra hele veien. Vil absolutt anbefale denne boligen dersom du ønsker et litt mer privat alternativ enn hotell. Kort vei til marinaen med puber, cafe og liten matbutikk.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit super Meerblick und guter Ausstattung

Wir haben im Juni 2022 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort einen Familienurlaub verbracht. Raumaufteilung, Einrichtung, Ausstattung waren super. Die Kinder haben vor allem den großen und permanent gepflegten Pool genossen. Super strandnahe Lage zu wie wir finden einem der schönsten Strände der Region. Toller Meerblick von der Dachterasse. Kurz: absolut zu empfehlen! Auch die Betreuung durch die Agentur war zuvorkommend und komplikationslos.
