The dining area has a large dining table seating up to 8 guests, a patio door leading to a garden with decked & artificial grass.

From the dining area, there are double doors which open to the sitting room with 2 couches, a coffee table, flat screen Smart TV and a window overlooking the front of the house.

Fantastic area for entertaining or you can close the sitting room doors and snuggle up on the couch and enjoy a glass of wine.
