Beläget i över 55 samhällen har detta 2 sovrum, 1 badstuga precis blivit uppdaterat med ett nytt bad och ny lackfärg inifrån och ut. Det bekväma vardagsrummet är utrustat med en stor TV, programmering sker via Sling TV. Ett kök kök öppnar till en lätt fylld matplats. Det finns två sovrum: ett med en queen size-säng och den andra en dubbel storlek dagbädd med en tvilling storlek utdragning under. Bakom huset finns en uteplats skärmad av ett levande staket, vilket ger en härlig plats för middag eller avkoppling.

Oceanside har vackra stränder för simning / surfing och en underbar brygga perfekt för att ta en promenad vid solnedgången. Bara 35 miles söder är San Diego och Balboa Park, hem till den världsberömda zoo och många museer, teatrar och restauranger. I öster finns San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Temecula (vinland) och Anza Borrego Desert State Park och Borrego Springs.
Disneyland är en kort resa norrut. Det finns flera historiska uppdrag i området inklusive Mission San Luis Rey i Oceanside.

Fabulous Stay!

This is my 3rd Visit to this Property and it is an awesome place offering great Location with modern amenities such as a Hi-speed Internet, Central heating/Air-conditioning and a LG Flat Screen T.V. It feels more like a home than a rental. The Owner, Linda, is extremely nice and accommodating. She communicates very well and will go the extra mile to make sure that the Guests are comfortable. I highly recommend this Place.

We loved staying here. This was the second time. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable which meant good night sleeps after hiking and walks on the beach.

Fabulous Stay!

This is my second visit to Linda’s beautiful Cottage and I highly recommend this place. Brigitte, the property caretaker, was extremely nice and helpful at check-in. She is very knowledgable about the area and goes the extra mile to assist in every way. Linda, the Owner, is very Cordial and provides Outstanding Hospitality to all the Guests.

Enjoyable vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. The rental property was in a good location, with beaches and hiking trails a short drive away. The kitchen was well equipped and the electric grill was very convenient.

Work and Family

Very pleasant and quiet. I was able to work and visit with my son. Lunch on the patio was a treat. Lots of restaurants and stores near by making it a convenient location.

If I could give this property and owner 100 stars I would. Linda was super responsive in messaging me and setting up the booking. And Brigitte the caretaker next door was an absolute doll and such a welcomed sight after a 15 hour travel day. The little cottage is precious and just what we needed. So much better than a hotel. Super safe 55+ neighborhood that’s adorable and quiet. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Perfect location and plenty of room

Of all the places we've stayed in Vista and Oceanside to visit our family, this was the best for the price. We had plenty of room and it was nice to have a washer/dryer available to us. The kitchen is well equipped and there was even coffee for us to use. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

Cozy cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in your cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for going to the beach, shopping or trying any of the great restaurants in town. Bridgette , the host was very friendly. We hope to visit again next summer.

A little gem

We stumbled upon this darling duplex looking to be close by our grandchildren when we visit from AZ. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit to Oceanside. Great location and sidewalks for walking in the over 55 community. Responsive owner/host and nice upgrades make it a lovely stay.

As good as advertised

This property suited my needs to a T. It’s a quiet over-55 community close enough to the beach and other areas of interest. Check in and check out was incredibly easy and the property manager resides next door. Linda is a wonderful host and quickly responds to queries. My evaluation is that this property is great.

12 Minutes to the Beach!

My 2 week stay was very nice and accommodating. The home is well equipped for everyday living including, a comfortable bed, great linens, nice hot shower with good water pressure, plenty of closet space with hangers. Watch Sling TV or pop in an old classic DVD provided by the Host, plenty of parking and last but not least AC. I will definitely stay here again! Larry Ps Check-In was a breeze

Much nicer than the photos

We were so happy we chose this cozy home over a hotel. Linda and Brigitte fill the place with all kinds of extras, including a full load of kitchen needs, laundry soap, beach chairs with an umbrella and an ample supply of nice beach & bath towels. Helpful Brigitte and her nice husband are next door if you need anything. The neighborhood is extra safe and good for brisk morning walks. It’s a welcoming neighborhood with friendly dogs to pet. No complaints on this choice!

Perfect for us!

We stayed in Linda's home just prior to our daughter's wedding. The home is located in a 55 and older community and was very quiet. We found this home close to everything we needed! Linda was very communicative before check in. The property manager, Brigitte, was very helpful during our stay as well. We were very comfortable in this home.

Quiet, clean & close for vaca agena

1st stay in Oceanside. We came to vacation about 5 days. Check-in & check-out easy. Linda fast & kind with replies for rental information Brigitte helpful at Check-in tour. This property VERY well equipped with items you need for daily living AND to help with outdoor ventures as well. We visited a couple well known parks & cities nearby. Costco, Wal-Mart, Target & Smart & Final are close. Many yummy restaurants to explore. WE HOPE TO VISIT AGAIN IN FUTURE. Thank you!

A Great Stay!

Linda (Owner) was easy to communicate with. She is very prompt and helpful. She has even put an umbrella in the Living Room for the Guests (for a rainy day). There is a 2nd bedroom with a day bed and also has an Office desk and a Chair. The Cottage is beautiful and is well located for an easy 5 minute drive to Restaurants and Shopping. Brigette (Property Manager) is very nice and provided all the instructions needed at Check-in. This place is a real Gem. I highly recommend it. Thank you for a Wonderful Stay.

Great Property and Location

This was our 2nd stay at this property, this time for 5 weeks! This charming duplex is comfortable and well-appointed. The location is super convenient to Trader Joe's, Albertson's, Costco, WinCo, Ross, Sprouts and many, many more shops etc. We love it! This time around, we learned that there are several train lines to San Diego, Capistrano and LA, which saved us parking hassle in those busy urban areas. Check the web for "Shoreliner", "Coaster", and "Sprinter".
