Our flat is located just off the vibrant Whiteladies Road, filled with boutique shops, amazing restaurants and things to do! The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to the Clifton Triangle, where you can find clubs, pubs and bars - yet it is located on a quiet residential street, so you are guaranteed to get a peaceful night's sleep at the end of a long day of exploring. With grand high ceilings and period features, our beautiful flat is the perfect base for your trip to the city.
Our beautiful period flat is located in a semi-detached townhouse, tucked away on a quiet residential street, but a few minutes' walk away from the hustle and bustle of Cotham Hill - here you can find cute cafes, delicious restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable grocers and many boutique shops to visit. You can also walk into Clifton Village, and we recommend a trip to see the iconic Suspension Bridge whilst you are there.

The property is easy to access via lockbox, so you can let yourself in at a time that suits you and settle in for your stay. The flat has a fully-fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher and a large dining table, positioned next to the huge bay windows at the front of the flat which bring in the morning sun as you eat your breakfast. We cannot wait to share our flat with you.

Not pretty

The entrance is shared with another property and was filthy. In the property there was one bedroom with a broken window held together with parcel tape. The dishwasher was left with dirty water in the base as the drain was blocked. The washing machine did not work. The shower had cracked seals and looked mouldy. The table had paper stuck to the top of it, the net curtains in the front had a big tear in it. I reported this to the managing agents who were polite but ended up doing nothing On day 3 they suggested it would be quickest If i did the repairs. The dushwasher i was able to fix in 20 minutes with help from youtube videos.

Gillade: Incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Lovely living space with comfy beds. Kitchen so-so for 4 adults.

Right off of Cotham, close to shops and restaurants, quiet street, easy access, comfy beds, nice big living area, overall a great place. A few minor nits - no manual for turning on the boiler, heating, or oven/hob which were all a bit tricky for Americans. No instructions or separate bins in the kitchen for recycling and no compostable bags for food, so we got told off by the neighbors for not doing it right, though we tried. Carpets were pretty dirty and some of the pots and pans were also not clean enough to use without washing again. Stove exhaust fan is minimally effective, so don't cook anything that smokes or steams or you will set off the fire alarm. Shower has very low water pressure. AirThreeSixty management was very responsive and helpful as best they could be. But for the price, would definitely stay again.
