Great villa & location, but take your own basic supplies with you.

First and foremost, the location of Villa Zonkdemir is excellent. Situated near the center, it offers convenient access to the town's attractions, restaurants, and shops. The outside space of the villa was a highlight. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the fabulous balcony, which had two entrances. The balcony's views overlooking the river and tombs were breathtaking, and it became a great place for late-evening card games while people watching. However, there were some drawbacks to our stay. The upstairs bedroom, despite its size and the wonderful balcony, could have benefited from a dressing table. Additionally, the curtains in this room could not be opened. One of the notable negative points was the presence of green, slimy algae around the top edge of the pool. While the pool maintenance person did show up early every morning to check on it, this was never cleaned. Another issue was the lack of basic supplies upon our arrival. We were surprised to find that there was not a single roll of toilet paper in the villa when we arrived late at night after the supermarket had closed. It seemed like the cleaners may have removed all consumables left behind by previous guests, which left us in a predicament! Moreover, there was no instruction book in the villa providing info on essential matters like rubbish disposal. Despite these issues, we would consider staying at Villa Zonkdemir again, but we would be better prepared by bringing our supplies.

The Villa Zonkdemir 5

Great Location, with wonderful views and within easy reach of very nice restaurants. The Villa is really a lovely place to stay with spacious bedrooms and a lovely balcony to take in the views of the river, the tombs and the very sedate pace of life in Dalyan. Outside, was slightly disappointing as the grass was extremly long and wasn't cut until day seven. On arrival at midnight there was absolutely nothing to start your stay off, not even one toilet roll, no water, no basics in anyway. This should be made clear to clients! I am sure a welcome pack for an additional little money would be a good option on the package. As always Dalyan is a great place to holiday, overall I would recommend this villa.

The villa is in a great location for shops, bars and restaurants all within a two minute walk. Clean on arrival. Excellent wifi and air conditioning. Good service from the chap overseeing the villa who organised transport to and from the airport for us which made the journey much more relaxing. We would definitely come back again had a wonderful stay 😀. All restaurants within the area are lovely, plenty of good meals had especially the Lime and the Olive restaurants.

Fab holiday

Everything went smoothly from booking to actually being in the villa. Our transfers also got arrange for us by the property manager in Turkey which was a huge help! The villa was lovely and clean, air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well! There was also the added bonus of a dishwasher 🤣! Pool area washed down daily and pool checked! Fabulous location for easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants, also perfect for sitting at the river! We all had a fabulous holiday and would definitely go back to the villa.
