Littlestairs
Littlestairs is a stunning holiday home is situated in the seaside town of Shanklin with glorious sea views from the master bedroom and balcony. The property is ideally positioned with direct access to the coastal path through the rear garden, and is within walking distance to the beach, town centre, the Old Village, Shanklin Chine, theatre, pubs and restaurants. The accommodation has been comfortably furnished to include a large open plan living/dining room with French doors leading to the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and extra lounge seating. Two of the 4 double bedrooms are on the ground floor and all have en-suite bathrooms. From the master bedroom there is a lovely balcony with seating so you can soak up the sun whilst enjoying the spectacular views of the bay. The large enclosed garden is ideal for al fresco dining and you will find ample parking to the side of the property.

LOCATION:
Shanklin seafront is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday with its beautiful sandy beach, crazy golf, Shanklin Chine, pubs, restaurants, theme park & amusements.
The two mile coastal walk between Shanklin & Sandown is a popular attraction; choose from the undulating coastal path or the sea wall promenade. Along the way is the village of Lake, with its quiet sandy beach and water sports centre.
Sandown is popular for visiting Dinosaur Isle with life size models, Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Zoo famous for its Tiger Sanctuary. There is also an 18 hole golf course at Sandown.

This property can accept a maximum of 2 pet(s). The charge is ÂŁ35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.

The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.
For security purposes a surveillance camera is in 24-hour operation, monitoring and viewing the driveway to the side of the property.
Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours during your stay; leaving the property as you found it on your arrival.
A breach of the above rules and guidelines could mean forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
