Located in the Four Crossroads area belonging to the Tetuan district. A popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long tradition. In a building located next to Bravo Murillo or Reina Victoria Street, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus, Plaza de Castilla or the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower skyscraper of the city or the largest and most complete El Corte Inglés store on Paseo de la Castellana are located, surrounded by the most important shops and shopping centres. It is a neighbourhood in full development with a commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de las Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.
The Apartment:
With a neutral, functional, cosy and impeccably decorated style, this magnificent apartment invites you to stay as soon as you enter. Although it is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere thanks to its good insulation. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², has the perfect capacity for 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a single bed, and a total of 2 bathrooms with showers.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a nice seating area next to a small dining area, with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, an excellent choice.
