Luxury, Air Conditioned Apartment in Central Sainte Maxime

A beautifully modern and spacious apartment enjoying lateral sea views in the heart of Sainte Maxime.

The apartment is 89m2 with a large outdoor terrace (17m2) and two smaller balconies each with a lateral sea view.

The apartment is immaculately presented and superbly well equipped for a real "home from home" experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a three ring induction hob, fan assisted oven with grill function and a separate microwave oven. There is an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer. All utensils and cooking equipment are provided.

We also have a washing machine available in the utility room for your use.

Towels and bedding are provided for the three bedrooms (1 king bed with en suite shower, 1 double bed with en suite bath and shower, 1 double bed with en suite shower). Each bedroom has shutters which ensure they are completely dark at night and safe when you leave the apartment.

There is also a travel cot and bedding as well as a high chair.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and provided with all amenities including smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi.

There are also a selection of books and games available for guests to enjoy.

We have a garage available for your use which can fit a medium sized car in. Parking is also available either on the road or other roads locally (this is payable between July and August but free all other times of the year).

After countless holidays in Sainte Maxime over the past 20 years and many happy memories of good times here, we decided to embark on our shared dream of owning a property on the Côté d’azur with the idea of it being a "home from home".

We originally discovered the apartment when we were looking for a holiday rental for ourselves and our young family in 2018 and have been back there every year since! With the owner looking to sell we realised this was our opportunity to purchase the property and grab a slice of the French dream and here we are!

We would like you to be able to enjoy your precious holiday time, just as we have done in a welcoming, clean and comfortable apartment with all the luxuries you are used to at home, in essence, a real "home from home".

This is a well proportioned property yet only minutes away from the beautiful charm of the town centre. There is everything you could need here to ensure your stay is a relaxing and enjoyable one. Additionally, the property is very secure with double keypad entry.

We were drawn to this property because of its locality to the beach enabling us to enjoy beautiful sea views along with the short stroll into town where there are plenty of stunning restaurants and bars to choose from. The apartment is clean, and modern in style and therefore low maintenance to keep clean and tidy and there is a large main terrace which I enjoy exercising on.
