Villa Elsa is located in one of the most exclusive urbanizations in Lloret de Mar.
This villa stands out for its exclusive facilities, large garden and 2 private pools for the exclusive use of our guests!
Maximum capacity for 11 persons.
* For youth group reservations, the maximum capacity is 10 persons.

The house has 260 m2 and is divided into two floors:
First floor:
beautiful indoor pool
living room with access to the beautiful garden of the house and outdoor pool
2 double rooms
1 bathroom

Upper floor:
large living room with access to the terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the barbecue area. The terrace is fully equipped with a table, chairs, outdoor sofas and an awning to protect the sun.
1 suite room with access to the terrace.
1 bedroom suite
1 toilet
Large fully equipped kitchen overlooking the living room and exit to the garden.

*Villa Elsa has an indoor pool with beautiful views and access to the garden. We highlight that the heating of the indoor pool:
- is included during the months between October 1 and March 31.
- extra cost for the months of April, May, June and September for weekly reservations: 300€ to be paid on arrival in cash.
- extra cost for the months of April, May, June and September for short stay reservations (2 nights): 150€ to be paid on arrival in cash.



This fantastic villa also stands out for its incredible garden, which offers a lot of privacy to our clients. Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, a covered barbecue area ideal for relaxing on hot summer nights, a private outdoor pool and sunshine throughout the day will make your vacation unforgettable.

This villa does not have a garage. Being located in a very quiet and residential area you can park your car on the street, right in front of the house.

You can enjoy the best restaurants (just a few meters from the house), horse riding, water park, and a few meters from Lloret center, supermarkets, our incredible beaches, shops, restaurants ......

Fenals beach is the closest beach to Villa Elsa, it is approximately 2km away and the center of Lloret just 2.6km from the villa.

The closest supermarket is 1.6km away, where you will find everything you need for your daily purchases.

HOUSE'S RULES:
- In this house the groups of young people are not allowed.
- In this house pets are not allowed.

The price includes:
- water and electricity costs

- towels upon request and additional cost of €10/person (not mandatory)
