Located in the Chamartín district, just 5 minutes from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, home of Real Madrid Football Club and a few minutes from the Paseo de la Habana, one of the most sought-after streets with the most select properties in the city. Just a few metres away you will find the Chamartín Market, the highest quality in the city, ideal for those who enjoy fresh or gourmet products, as strolling through its stalls or having an aperitif is a real delight that anyone will enjoy. This is an area where the executive and residential environments coexist.

The studio is located in a residential building, with direct access from a very quiet street. It is a studio of around 30 m2 that has been completely renovated, with large security windows. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, giving a total capacity of 4 people. It has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped American kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

It has air conditioning, electric heaters and a ceiling fan.

It has high-speed wifi and a smart TV.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 50 metres of the apartment.
