Schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einem grossen und geheizten Pool und der Blick gegen Cap Ferrat ist fantastisch. Mit einem grossen Auto ist der Einfahrt zum Haus mühsam - eng und steil. Was uns gestört hat, ist der Lärm von der Strasse Richtung Monaco unterhalb das Haus, dort wird die Strasse dobbeltspurig und Motorräder und Autos geben hier Gas und es ist während 24 Std.laut. Was nicht in unserem Mietvertrag stand, ist dass man bei der Abreise für die Reinigung 250€ in Bargeld legen muss. Das ist normalerweise in dem Preis inbegriffen

Late Summer in the south of France

Beautiful house with a pool. Excellent property manager, easy to interact with. Be sure to rent a small car. Roads to/from property are very narrow. I would definitely recommend it. Great restaurants and beach clubs in the area.

Wieder ein Wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend und die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – sowohl Nizza als auch Monaco sind bequem erreichbar. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen luxuriösen und entspannten Urlaub!

It is a beautiful property and we loved the location. Spacious rooms. Didn’t expect the extra charge needed for cleaning prior to leaving. Property manager Pam very pleasant. Driving is a bit of a challenge, but worth the view!

Belle villa mais situation bruyante et chambre parentale ouverte sur le séjour

La chambre n'a pas de porte à l'arrière et juste une cloison coulissante du côté séjour. Aucune intimité pour ceux qui y dorment... La route pour Monaco située en contre bas fait énormément de bruit jour et nuit.

Could not be bettered.

The whole experience of staying at Villa Lennard was superb. Pam was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The house is exquisite with all the facilities you could possibly need. The views from the house are still etched in the memory! Would recommend with absolutely no hesitation.

Outstanding property with breathtaking views

A beautiful modern house, well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a highlight and never failed to delight our children. The views are quite simply stunning and the ever-changing sea vista never fails to catch your eye. Pam was a delightful host - friendly, helpful and charming with loads of great tips. Gorgeous Property and Stunning View!

The house is very modern and well-kept, with high quality finishes and furnishings. Full-height windows and sliding doors give the interior a sunny, open feel and frame dramatic views of Cap Ferrat and the surrounding area. Pam is a very gracious and patient host, and she provided us with a wealth of helpful information when checking in. We especially appreciated the well-stocked Intermarche a short distance from the house. Thank you for an exceptional visit, and we look forward to returning soon!!

Paradise on a Mountainside

Fabulous property for luxurious relaxation after a day of sightseeing from Monaco to Antibe. In gorgeous Ville Franche built into the mountainside of the Moyen Corniche with spectacular unique views of mountainside cities and the Mediterranean. We drove a rent-a-car through the curving mountain (of switch-backs and harrowing cliffs) for a few days, but were happier (and probably safer) when we changed to using UBER! The property is perfect for two couples. There is also an additional Studio apartment that can be rented on the property. It is a contemporary jewel, all bright white, with spectacular walls of glass that open completely to allow the sea breeze to flow through the building , in the midst of an antique setting created centuries ago! .

Fantastic Villa with great views!

Myself and five girlfriends had a fantastic week at Villa Lennard. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way and the view was just incredible. Pam was the perfect host and provided us with lots of advice/information on the villa, getting around and local shops. We didn’t have a car, but that didn’t stop us from exploring Villefranche and the surrounding area. We found pathways from the villa (Chem de la Font du Canet & Chem du col-de Care) down to the train station in Villefranche. However, you have to be relatively fit and the surface is very uneven, so no high heels! The return journey back from the train station to the villa was always by Uber, which typically cost around 12 Euros. We loved every minute! Thank you Pam and owner .
