The Barn is a lovely, semi-detached cottage resting in Frosterley, Durham. Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is private parking and an enclosed, rear garden with furniture. The Barn is a well-equipped, pleasant base for a family getaway to the North Pennines.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private parking. Walled garden with private hot tub. Enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: please can guests bring their own towels for the hot tub.
