There is also a kitchen/diner and living/dining room. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. For a fabulous staycation in the Lake District National Park, choose Waterhead Cottage.

Very good property. Excellent location next to Lake Windermere and walking distance to Ambleside. Very well equipped and would definitely recommend it.

Great Stay

Stayed for the jubilee bank holiday weekend. Excellent location. Clean and spacious with well equipped kitchen. Liked the little touches like the board games and hand creams. Managed to fit two cars on the driveway which was lucky as there was no available parking nearby. Only minor quarms were that the wheelie bin was already full upon arrival so we struggled with waste disposal and the road noise in the two front bedrooms was quite loud. Overall excellent stay.
