APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE! Bright and lovely apartment with roof terrace. In the heart of the historic center of Rome near Piazza Navona and Pantheon, equipped with free wi-fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historical building dated back to ‘600, with no lift. It can accomodate up to 5 people. The apartment has a living area with sofa convertible to a double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen, a wide bathroom with shower, a bright double bedroom with vaulted ceiling with frescos and a small single room. From the living room you can access to a roof terrace where you can admire the typical roman red roofs and enjoy a rich breakfast under the sun!

The apartment has another small terrace near the single room.

The terrace is just perfect and well worth the steps! The apartment was spotless. The location cannot be better, you can literally walk to every sight easily.

We didn’t use it much, but it had the things we needed. Rooms were clean. Host was very nice . We didn’t use the balcony since we came back too late, but it was nice too.

Impossible to communicate with host/company to give us access to the property. Our itinerary was not firm and they insisted that we meet them by a certain time or i could not get into the apartment for 3-4 hours. VERY FRUSTRATING!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. Property was clean, well kept and in an amazing neighborhood! Walkable to Vatican City. We were able to organize an early check in and enjoyed the terrace immensely. Unfortunately the amount of stairs were rough with suitcases and Wifi only worked in the living room of the house. Otherwise all other amenities were amazing. Thank you!!

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is great. Right across from the beach and walkable to cafes, Old Nice and The Castel hike with the waterfall and beautiful views.

Prime location in Rome

I loved being able to walk all over old town Rome. We felt in the center of everything while still being on a quiet street. The apartment is on the 5th floor and no elevator, so keep that in mind especially when traveling in summer. It wasn’t an issue for us. Location made up for it. There is a nice outdoor patio and we enjoyed having drinks/snacks there. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Happy with our stay.

Very nice stay

Once inside apartment, it was delightfully clean and accommodating for my husband and me and our two granddaughters. Nice bathroom facilities with a great shower. Except for climbing up and down 4 flights of stairs, it was a good stay. As I recall, the online description didn’t exactly specify the amount of stairs.

Perfect location

My family of five enjoyed our stay in the roof terrace apartment. We were close to so many attractions within walking distance. We loved use of the terraces for people watching.

Great location word of caution

Wonderful location. We walked to all the key places and enjoyed the food and vibe of Navona Square. Near a supermarket and many excellent restaurants. Walks were 25-35 minutes through interesting small streets. Felt very safe.Apartment is funky, lovely patios (3!), small kitchen.Downside is 83 steps of stairs and no elevator not easy with luggage.

Perfect stay in Rome!

The apartment was perfectly located: 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 10 to the pantheon, Vatican, Castel St Angelo and the Trevi Fountain. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was just as shown. Communication was excellent and we would recommend the car service to and from the airport, a little bit more expensive but very reliable. Overall we had the most wonderful 4 days and would highly recommend this accommodation - even the steps to the apartment wouldn’t put us off! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfekte Lage, schön und sauber

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, man kann von dort die ganze Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist modern, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Check-in hat auch ganz entspannt funktioniert. 100% zu empfehlen!

Little joy

I stayed here with my mum who is 75. The stairs were a little challenging each day but she is in good health but her knees can get sore so if we had been walking lots or particularly on the day we walk up St Peter’s the climb home was a challenge but she managed it. The joy was the roof top terrace. It made the climb up the stairs worth it. Having the natural light and outdoor space was refreshing even in winter. My mum is very outdoorsy and has a garden and chickens at home . We had been in quite closed off apartments in Florence and bologna so this was very peaceful for us.

Great location, comfortable space

The location was awesome for touring the city. There are a lot of hallways. The living room was comfortable for hanging out in the evenings/mornings. Staff were communicative when we had appliance questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Maybe add a curtain to the hallway bed space for a tiny bit of privacy. Thank you!
