"Unwind" är temat för denna fantastiska vattnet hem på stranden av Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Med 21 miles av strandlinje, konstant sjö och Texas Hill Country, är platsen perfekt för fiske, vattensporter, utomhusaktiviteter, eller bara koppla av.

Faciliteterna inkluderar ett varmt och inbjudande öppet vardagsrum med utsikt över vattnet med gourmetkök, frukostbar, välvda takbjälkar, smarta HD-TV, sovrum med egen veranda och stort våningssäng för barnen. Detta rymliga, ombyggda, rum för 22 hus gör den perfekta semestern tillvägagångssätt för din familj, vänner och till och med din pooch.

Pecan-treed-partiet sluttar försiktigt till vattnet och allt som behövs för vattenglädje: uteplatser, båthus, jet-skidlift, tre däck och en generös gårdsplan. Koppla av i badtunnan, hyra vattenfartyg, fisk från kajen eller bara koppla av och titta på solnedgången.

Bottenvåningen har ett stort / öppet kök och matplats med två öppna vardagsrum (med en 52 "High Definition LED-TV med Direkt TV och Apple TV) och ett tvättstuga, tre sovrum och två badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med apparater, matlagning hårdvara och rätter. Sovrum 1 har en queen size-säng och sovrum 2 och 3 båda har king size-sängar. Sovrum 1 och 2 delar ett gemensamt område badrum w / badkar och dusch och Sovrum 3 är mer av ett "Master" sovrum med en TV och eget badrum w / dusch.

Bottenvåningen har nyligen renoverats! Nytt spelrum med 52 "High Definition LED-TV med direkt-TV och Apple TV, och intilliggande media rum, tvättstuga (med tvättmaskin / torktumlare), fyra sovrum och två badrum. Sovrum 1 har två enkelsängar. Sovrum 2 har en queen size-säng. Sovrum 3 är ett "sovande område med 2 queen över queen våningssängar. Sovrum 1, 2 & 3 delar ett gemensamt område badrum w / dusch. Sovrum 4 har 2 queen över queen byggd i våningssängar, en TV och spel system, eget badrum med dusch.

Wonderful Family Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house, and 100% would stay there again. Had plenty of room and we were able to enjoy the boat lift and hot tub. We had extra cars and a boat, so we found a public boat ramp in town and stored our extra cars in town as well, so definitely recommend combining into cars. Host and Owner were responsive. Enjoy your stay!

Yearly family vacation & wedding anniversary!

My husband and I got married in Kingsland and choose to celebrate every year with our family and friends. This house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Very clean and location was great! Thank you!

Family vaca at Unwind on LBJ

Check in was easy. The code worked and we were in, in a jiffy. The property manager was very accessible and responded to texts quickly. The plus about this house was the amounts of sleeping it allowed. Also, how close the house was to the water. The level back yard helped my elderly parents get to the water easily. We did struggle with the TV. There were 4 remotes and none of them turned the TV on or adjusted sound. We had to get our tech savvy family to figure it out. The first night we ran out of towels for showers and started using our beach towels. Finally a family member found all of the extra towels in the laundry room. It would have nice to know that’s where they are stored. My elderly dad sat in a chair on the top house deck and the bottom broke out. My daughter sat in the chair around the kitchen table and a screw fell out. A light above the kitchen table did not work. It seems a little more maintenance and care to items I’m the house may be needed to keep things from breaking.

Kingsland stay

House was nice, pretty clean. It has beautiful view and great access to the lake. They’re very responsive about concerns and get things taken care of. The only down side to this place was the location. It’s right next to the community boat ramp without access to it, but overall I’d definitely recommend this place.

LBJ Stay 2024

We had a wonderful time and the house and property are beautiful. Our only disappointment is that this property adds money for usage of every single amenity. We have been renting houses at LBJ for 9 years and never have we ever had to pay so many extra dollars to use things that are already located at the property.

Beautiful home, wonderful memories created.

From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the peacefulness of this beautiful home on LBJ. We brought our boat and used the boat slip, it was really nice that a gentleman showed up explained the boat slip and different operating tips upon arriving. The host Roxana was extremely communicative and we felt that we could reach out to her through a simple text, she was always available. The home was specials and fit my family, parents, and my sisters and her family. It was a beautiful spot to visit with shopping near by. Thank you for opening your home to us and we through lot loved the memories we created as a family.

Overall great but, water bugs…

Overall the property was great to stay at & fit our large group perfectly. The water bugs were an issue & definitely something to look out for. We did have to sort out towels for everyone from the up stairs laundry room which was a surprise since there’s such specific instructions for them upon checkout. The kitchen was great though, as was the back yard & boat dock. We hadn’t been to LBJ before & didn’t realize how narrow it is. So, if you go on a holiday weekend, know that if you’re floating in the lake, it will be more like a wave pool - ha! We still all had fun & ultimately enjoyed our long awaited family reunion.

Girls Weekend!

What an amazing weekend we had celebrating my sisters bachelorette with our moms and closest girl friends. First off the house is gorgeous, the pictures do not do this house justice. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably, the kitchen was huge and perfectly stocked with bowls and pots and pans (which you don't always see) . Everything was top of the line! The beds were so comfortable (we need those beds in our house lol.) The dock was perfect, the water is so close and beautiful. The neighbor next door Gus was awesome. He let us borrow his kayak one day, basically just helped us all weekend. We could't of asked for a better place to stay! We cannot wait to come back to this special place!!! Any and every detail was thought about here. If you are contemplating on renting, don't and click BOOK NOW, you will not regret it. Next time we definitely will rent a boat though. It was fun to see all the boats and jet skis go by! Thank you to the owners for creating such a perfect vacation home!

Beautiful property, crazy neighor

Honestly, everything about the home itself was awesome. We loved the house. Super fun and comfortable. However, there was a lot of conflict with a man next door who was apparently on watch for the HOA property next door. We were under the impression that we could temporarily park vehicles next door (per property info), which was not allowed. 30-45 minutes after we arrived, we had someone threatening to tow our 1 vehicle that was parked in an empty lot while we unloaded gear. Mind you, the house sleeps a ton of people, but has very limited parking to accommodate a large group. You will need to carpool or arrange off site parking. We also had some dinner guests (our fishing guides for the week) arrive by boat and park their boats at the HOA dock because the slips at the rental house were already occupied by owner's boats. Crazy Gus freaked out on us and acted like he was going to climb in the boats and move them himself I guess? Some of our guests had words with him, which didn't help the situation, but the guy was certifiable. One of our guests (an out of state customer) had the sherriff called on him shortly after he arrived and the nutbag from next door wanted him charged with trespassing. The sheriffs were great and completely understood our situation. We managed to avoid the guy after that incident and diligently shuttled people back and forth from off site parking. The whole thing was a major hassle for our group, which was a corporate event with a lot of people coming and going. Also, if you are planning to bring a boat, make sure to tell the manager ahead of time, otherwise, both boat slips may be occupied. Again, the house is awesome, but I wouldn't rent again unless I was given assurances that nutty Gus wouldn't be anywhere near us. He sat in a lawn chair pointed at our house for 3 days! The owner and property manager were both very helpful in navigating through the craziness, which caught them off guard as well. Apparently the HOA gestapo was a recent addition to the equation.

Large and comfortable home

Our family of 20 guests had a great time at this property. The home and property were exactly as described. The lake was great for swimming and boating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect getaway

Perfect spot for our getaway. Had more than enough space for us. Was nice being so close to the water. Beautiful dock area nice to lift the boat out of the water and perfect for kids to jump in and have a swim. Had a great time looking forward to returning next year!!

Very nice spacious home!

Comfortable bed! Spacious rooms! Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans! TV's were big and theater room was a plus! The whole house had not been dusted in a while. Lots of spider webs and live spiders found. The jacuzzi was dirty when we uncovered it. One of the bottom bedrooms had a fitted sheet that had melted gum or something gooey on it. It was very gross. Two of the controls from the bottom TV's were missing batteries.

Family Vacation

We came to lake LBJ for a family vacation with a group from a range of 1 to 70 years old. We had such a great time, it was a great location, and the sleeping accommodations were perfect! We felt safe having our kiddos there and they were able to roam around freely! We are already looking forward to our trip next year and hope we can book again!

Great Get Away

The house is great! The nonstop breeze was amazing & made sitting out, over lake so enjoyable. We were unable to swim in front of house, because wakes from boats & jet skis made the waters too rough, but we had a great stay in spite of that.

Great Lake house

We have been going to LBJ for over 10 years now and this house was one of the best we have rented. It was very clean and had lots of space. It also had a double boat lift and that was a win for us.

Great spot on the lake!

We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3. We were enjoying our stay and asked to stay another night and asked how much would that cost. They said yes and gave us a price we agreed, they charged me and then on our last day they said “oh we forgot to charge you an extra $50 for your dog for the 1 extra day, we’ll just use the card on file” to me if you quoted me a price we agreed and I paid, to come back for $50 wouldn’t be worth it. I would take the loss since it wasn’t the renters fault. Again, not a huge issue just something to consider. 4. They forgot to tell the handyman we were staying an extra day and he showed up. When he saw me through the window he came on in. I explained we had another day and he introduced himself and left. Nice guy!! Just an awkward encounter with him inside the house. This house would be great for a large casual group!

Holiday Getaway

We enjoyed this house immensely! It was very comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out a bit. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. You can tell that the owners enjoy cooking and entertaining because there were lots of kitchen conveniences and plenty of dish and glass ware. We enjoyed all the entertainments provided. We were slightly apprehensive when we learned, after booking, that the only access between the levels is an exterior staircase, but that did not prove to be an inconvenience at all. We were there in December, so we did not use the boat lift, but the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and jumping in the lake and then warming up in the hot tub. We all enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. It was also nice to be close enough to the store and other conveniences to run quickly when we realized we’d forgotten something. Thanks for having such a nice property!

Gorgeous view, space for everyone

Our extended of family of 17 had a blast here! The cousins loved having the downstairs movie room and pool table “to themselves” and the grownups each had their own bedroom. There is a wonderful cabinet in the laundry room with more towels that you can possibly use. The kitchen / dining area had plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit. We would definitely come back!

Family Reunion

We rented this place for our annual Family Reunion. We had enough beds for every one, the layout is perfect The large kitchen was great for cooking for our crew of 19. There are two decks, small and large and gave us lots of room for visiting and watching the yard games and the time in the lake. We also rented a boat for leisure and pulling the tube. So much fun and lots of memories made. Great place!
