Puffin Lodge - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 5

Puffin Lodge is a lovely two bedroom bungalow located within walking distance to Swanage town centre and beach. The main living space is open plan, with a Rangemaster cooker in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan nature of the bungalow makes it inviting and sociable. The living space is cosy and relaxed with settee and arm chairs. Enjoy a meal around the dining table, next to french doors which open out to the garden.
There are two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed, plenty of storage. Also benefiting from having a private driveway with parking for up to four cars.
The Victorian seaside town of Swanage with its eclectic mix of independent cafes, shops and galleries is only a 5 minute walk from the property. Not to mention of course its sandy beach and steam railway. The historic and picturesque Corfe Castle is just 5 miles away and the National Trust beach at Studland with its 4 miles stretch of sandy beach is within a 15 minute drive.
Size: Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms Beds: Bedroom 1 - 1 x double bed & 1 x single bed. Bedroom 2 - 1 x king size bed. Rooms: Open plan living/dining/kitchen. Bathroom with walk in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Separate Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/Utilities: Rangemaster cooker with gas hob. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Dining table with seating for 4, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Entertainment: Living area - smart TV and dvd player. Bedroom 2 - TV and dvd player. Garden: Enclosed garden with decked area, shed with patio furniture. Garage with storage for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks etc plus an Electric Vehicle charging point. General: Wifi included, bed linen & towels provided. Pets: Sorry no pets allowed
