The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a tumble dryer in an external utility room. For entertainment there is a Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a rear garden with furniture, along with a shed for bike storage. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. There is a highchair and travel cot for babes in arms. Please be mindful that pets and smoking are not permitted at the property.
