Ligger i ett gated community, om du letar efter den viktiga tropiska Hawaiian gården, har du hittat den. Hawaii är friluftsliv och detta binder allt tillsammans med havsutsikt. Den expansiva täckta lanai har en matplats, grillplats och vardagsrum med utsikt över den vackra soluppvärmda poolen med fiberoptisk belysning för nattens njutning och tropiska trädgårdar. Trädgårdarna består av helikoni, plumeria, många palmer, ananas, paradisets fågel, citron, hibiskus och mer.

2 uppsättningar av franska dörrar öppnas in i det stora rummet i huset där du hälsas av vackra bambusgolv och högt i tak. Konstnischer skapar stilen i det stora rummet. Det stora rummet öppnar till köket genom en stor frukostbar. Köket har gott om förvaring i lönnskåp, vitvaror i rostfritt stål och vackra bänkskivor i granit. Arbetsytan finns i överflöd och arbets triangeln rör sig lätt. För bekvämligheten är ett halvt badrum utanför köket. 2 gästrum, ett komplett badrum och tvättstuga kompletterar denna husving som leder till 2-bilgaraget. Hemmet är utrustat med centrala AC och takfläktar i hela.

Det stora sovrummet är separerat från de andra rummen på andra sidan huset. Det finns skjutbara glasdörrar som leder ut till en privat Lanai för befälhavaren eller till poolen. Master svit har en stor walk-in master garderob, och master bad komplett med lyxigt badkar, glas dusch, dubbla handfat och långa öppna bänkskivor.

Great Stay in Kona

My family of 4 stayed here for almost a week. The property is absolutely beautiful, and has a well kept garden and pool that my kids loved. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet gated subdivision, but close enough to Kona shopping and dining.I literally had only 2 very small issues. The ice maker on the fridge is NOT clean, so we ended up making ice using the filtered water pitcher and ice cube trays. We were also only able to find one tub drain plug to use between both tubs, which ended up being a minor inconvenience.Despite this, our experience was amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the Kona area.

Paradise house

This Property was amazing! I have been to Kona 4 times and this was my favorite house. When you walk out to the backyard, it’s like your own little mini paradise of Hawaii. The landscaping and the pool is what did it for me.The pool is not heated but it was warm most of the days. One thing I really appreciated is all the doors that lead to the outside pool area have child locks, which is most important to me since I have a five year-old grandson.

Perfect house

We had the best time in this house. We loved getting up early and sitting by the pool to drink coffee. We also loved having the outdoor grill and the huge yard. The house was plenty big enough for families and was clean. Even with other houses close by it felt very private and quiet. We will definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful property

This lovely home is located in a quiet residential area but close to Kona. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool. The property was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Tropical Paradise

We fell in love with this beautiful home. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Towels, linens and a plenty of pots & pans. Our absolute favorite place to be however was the backyard. Whether it be sunning ourselves by the pool or enjoying the lush gardens listening to birds it was

Perfect Big Island Getaway

We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October. The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?). The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children we had with us. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher didn't seem to work, but when I emailed the vendor thay sent a handyman the same day to fix it. All in we had a wonderful stay. The location is great in a beautiful, quiet place with easy access to Kailua.

Kona vacation

My family and I stayed for a week at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and they were kind enough to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The pool is nice, a little outdated but still nice to have. The beds weee comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Home

Exceptional!

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful garden

We loved the location and outdoor space. The home could use a refresh: rusty kitchen drain, cheap faucet that could not dispense cold water, bathroom fan not working. Spacious interior but odd layout for the space. The bed was comfortable. There are no blinds on master patio door. The sheer curtains didn’t adequately block the light. Master bathroom and closet offered plenty of storage. Strangely there is no shelf in the shower stall for bath products. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Peace in Paradise

We’ve been coming to Hawaii island for many many years. This home is our favorite so far. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, we were not awakened by road noise but rather by bird calls. We to major roadways so store trips didn’t eat up our shopping days. Best, however, is the lovely pool, garden and outdoor eating area. This house is a gem!!

Family Vacation

This property is actually what you see online!! The pool and grounds are stunning, the open family room concept was ideal for keeping us all together. The bedrooms were all perfect, especially the master with the HUGE closet and tub!! Close to everything and felt like I was at home:) We will return again soon!

Perfect home away from home

Overall our stay was perfect! Check in and check out process was easy, property management was very easy to get a hold of to answer our questions. Home was kept clean with everything we needed during our stay. The yard was perfectly landscaped and provided a clean pool to enjoy the hot days during our stay. The home is located in a gated community, not far away from supermarkets and town. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home if staying in Kailua Kona.
