Vårt perfekta läge erbjuder en kort promenad till restauranger, barer, marknader och shopping. Airport Beach, en härlig plats att promenera, och Keiki Pond, en enorm tidvattenpool med lugnt vatten och en sandstrand perfekt för små barn, ligger bara några minuter bort. Du kan också promenera till tennisbanor, ett lekplats för barnen, gratis banan som simmar vid en gemensam pool, picklebollbanor och basketplan.

Stunning Beachfront Home

Incredible home in a private guarded neighborhood close to dining and shopping! We had an amazing time and was the best vacation we have had as a family due to this incredible home. Everyone had a great time and opening the home and enjoying the views and cool ocean air was the best!

Fantastic property and location to explore the big island.

Beautiful location and home

This property was amazing. We can't imaging a better view and enjoyed all of the amenities. After needing to re-locate our vacation due to the Lahaina fires, it was nice to just stay at the property and relax.

Incredible Location

Our family enjoyed 6 wonderful nights in June. The house is beautiful and the views are magnificent. The location is perfect for walking to town or to the beach. Our daughters really loved the tidal pools in the backyard. We would highly recommend this house and hope to return. Thank you!

Beautiful house right on the water

Great place to stay, the views are amazing, the water is right out the back gate. Kids loved the pool and the pool table. Great breezes throughout the house, well stocked with snorkel gear, etc.

Fantastic Kona Home

We had a great stay at this home. Perfect location that's right on the water, but also within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Our 4yo daughter loved the keiki beach that's just a short walk south along the community rock wall. House was clean and exceptionally well-stocked. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great property and responsive owners!

We had such a wonderful time on the Big Island and this house was perfect for our family. We had a couple routine maintenance issues while we were there and they were so responsive; it was fixed within a couple hours. I highly recommend this property. We’d love to come back!

Family Getaway

Great location. Beautiful home. Wonderful private setting right on the ocean yet easy access to town. Quiet and clean neighborhood. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries and were very accommodating in working around our arrival and departure schedules. Perfect house for large families or to share with two small groups. Would stay here again.

Breathtaking Vistas

We had a lovely stay celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our four grown children. Our early mornings were spent inspecting tidal pools along the volcanic rocks directly behind the house. We ended each day toasting the sunset in the crow’s nest, maybe our favorite spot in this beautiful home. It is spacious, comfortable and is decorated with beautiful artwork. Our favorite Kona restaurants and shopping were all within a few miles of the house. Truly, a wonderful experience overall.

Trip of a lifetime!

We were fortunate to stay here again for the second time and I have to say we were still in awe as this home is so beautiful! The sunsets in the Crows Nest are postcard perfect! The home has so much space yet keeps everyone connected in the large living room and kitchen. We enjoyed the pool everyday and eating outside with the family! The pictures just don’t do this home justice!! So beautiful! Thank you again to the Moore’s for sharing your home with us! Mahalo!!!

Girls Trip

Girls trip with my sister and two nieces (celebrating my niece being in remission from AML Leukemia). The view is amazing as soon as you open the door. We enjoyed the walking path right behind the house that leads to the beach and the swimming pool every day. It was great that every bedroom had an air conditioning unit to use at night if we needed it. The house was a short drive to the shops in Kona and the grocery store. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It was a vacation full of amazing memories.

Beautiful Kona Oceanfront Dream Home

I can’t tell you how impressed and breathtaking this Kona home was for my boyfriend and I when we arrived for my mom’s Celebration of Life service. The home was actually so much better than the pictures and was well stocked with excellent instructions in the Kona Sunset binder. Thanks to Jennifer and Makayla for providing clear notes and available if needed. We still feel the trade winds and visions of beautiful ocean with waves crashing on the lava rocks. Mahalo nui loa!

Amazing stay in great location!

We had a wonderful stay here in May/June 2022. The house has unbelievable ocean views—the pictures (which look great) still fail to do justice to how great the view is. Also incredibly easy and quick to get to old town Kona. Also close to a park with an indoor basketball court (which was awesome with our 9 year old who loves to play). During our stay, the surf got into the pool. It only happens a couple times a year when the conditions are just right. It was an amazing spectacle to behold! The homeowners and maintenance crew were very responsive and helpful during this event, which we consider ourselves lucky to experience. An amazing house and location, and we will be back for sure! Ken and Jennifer Moore, Canadians with two children and married 30 years, bought the Kona Sunset Beach House in 2010. After extensive renovations to make it their dream home, they are excited to share it with others.

Ken has a medical engineering company and Jennifer is a Dentist. They love the big island and all that it has to offer.

Kona Bay Estates is a very special area. Exclusive, with security, there is no better location on the big island. You are within walking distance to Kona's main tourist strip, yet on the edge of town for easy access to the freeway and beaches to the north. If you don't want to go anywhere there are plenty of activities, from tennis to beach, right in the community.
