A Luxury suite, in one of the most "Roman" streets of the city, a stone's throw from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, furnished with restored antiques and a large kitchen area complete with everything, a designer bedroom with attention to detail and a beautiful bathroom with a large shower. It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot and to enjoy many small and historic restaurants and pubs.
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of âŹ50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (⏠6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of ⏠129 will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of ⏠45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot is available upon request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to attach a photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Upon request, guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals.
