Trevlig två-rums lägenhet som totalrenoverades nyligen, ett stenkast från Colosseum och Imperial Forums och intill Cavour-tunnelbanan.
Denna lägenhet ligger i Rione Monti-området, bakom Colosseum och Imperial Forums, ett exklusivt område i Rom, ett fast stopp för alla turister som besöker Rom.
Lägenheten totalrenoverades i november 2016.
Lägenheten är väl belägen, eftersom den ligger mycket nära Cavour-tunnelbanan, och så några steg från huset (eller om du föredrar med några tunnelbanestationer) kan du beundra: Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, Altare della Patria, Campidoglio , Capitoline-museer, San Pietro-basilikan i Vincoli, Santa Maria Maggiore-basilikan.
Området, trots att det besöks dagligen av turister, förblir ganska tyst och fullt av karakteristiska romerska butiker (pubar, restauranger).

Great apartment near the Colosseum with a very helpful host.

The apartment is in a great location, near cafes, gelato bars, restaurants of all kinds, quaint bars and of course the Colosseum and many other famous sites.Our host went above and beyond, any questions we had were promptly answered.

Convenient and Quiet

1/2 a mile from the Colessium, great restaurants, retail and easy access to the train station. Apartment was comfortable and exactly as advertised.

excellent for a short stay

Perfect location for all central sights, and a nice, compact, clean apartment. I was staying solo, and always felt safe and secure in the apartment and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for everything!

Perfect spot if you want to explore the heard of Rome and see all it has to offer. Short walk or bike ride to all the sites and the neighborhood is filled with Gems of restaurants. Strongly recommend Blackmarket Hall right down the street. Place was spotless and getting in was effortless and has maybe one of the coolest door locks I have ever seen. Was a perfect final stop on our honeymoon!

Perfect base to explore Rome!

Great apartment!! Our family of 4 was in Rome for 2 nights and this was the perfect base to explore the city. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and accurate based on photos. It is of modest size but we never felt crowded and the place is modern, sleek, and new. Best of all: the location!! It's on a quiet street that is central to all the key sites, but also nestled into a great neighborhood of shops and restaurants. We felt like local Romans rather than tourists, and we loved the location most of all. It was a great stay and this property is highly recommended.

Convenient location, safe, cute old building and street

An old charming building, easy to walk up the steps, very safe and clean. 👍Close to Termini and Coliseum👍 Cafes all around, a great local bar on the corner. The only inconvenience the hot water heater is small so one of us had to wait and shower in cold water as we were not aware how small it was. There is a balcony for great ventilation and a washing machine👍.

Great location in the center if Rome walking distance to all attractions except Vatican, but we knew this. Great little restaurant with amazing pizza down the steps from our apartments. Comfortable and clean, great to have the washing machine also. The appartment manager met us on our arrival, great place to stay in a quiet little street in Rome. PS the door lock is a jewel alone!!!! Thanks 😊

Nice apartment in great location

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The Colosseum, Romun Forum and Palatine Hill are within walking distance as is the Roma Termini station. There is a metro stop 2 mins away which means the whole city is easily accessible. The apartment itself suited our needs well. It was just my mum and I but we wanted 2 beds so the sofa bed was utilised and was comfortable. The bathroom has lots of storage and is well laid out, the washing machine was easy to use and as it was quite warm during our time in Rome, we were grateful to have air conditioning.

Logement très propre spacieux et bien placé, quartier mignon et à côté du Colisée, c’était vraiment top! Seule chose pas très pratique la télé dans l’entrée qui aurait été préférable dans la chambre mais sinon tout était niquel !

Loved staying here... charming "old world" neighborhood with lots of places to eat, bustling at night and 15-20 minutes walk to most major attractions. The building is old but the apartment is modern. Washing machine was a plus. Hanging a full length mirror would make this place complete😁

Great stay in Rome!

Spent 2 nights here while in Italy and would recommend this apartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Great location, 15 min walk to Collesseum, 15 min walk to train station. Short taxi ride to Vatican area. Lots of shops, markets, restaurants and bars very close, with minutes walking. Clean and convenient apartment with good amenities.

Good location, nice flat but not 2-bedroom

We stayed three nights here with my elderly parents and the flat and location are both pretty good. The only downside is the bedroom situation as there is only one proper bedroom. We had to sleep in the kitchen/diner on a pullout bed, which although comfortable, we had to walk through my parents room to go to the bathroom and if they needed a drink in the night they had to disturb us so wasn’t great on a privacy level. The listing states 2 bedroom but I think it needs to state this. It was clean and comfortable and a a great base for exploring Rome and there’s a decent and cheap pizza and pasta restaurant just round the corner, down the steps. I’d recommend it but mainly as a place for a couple or small family to stay.

Perfectly Located, Modern Apartment

This apartment is in a perfect location. We had a small child under 2, and could walk everywhere (although we found the stroller to be tricky in Rome). The Colosseum and Trevi Fountain are about 15 minutes away, and we walked to the Vatican in 1 hour. There are so many great shops within moments from the door- restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, clothing, accessories, books, gelato! There is also a water spring at the end of the walking street, like 30 seconds from the door. We could take turns walking all around the area when we had to go back to the apartment for our kiddo to nap. We felt very safe here. The apartment itself is nice and has everything you could need. The second bedroom doubles as the kitchen/living room. We were SO happy with the location.

Great apartment

The apartment is not huge, but does not pretend to be. The location is great - it is on a quiet street near several local restaurants, shops and a couple of supermarkets and only 10 mins or so from the Colosseum. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it.

Great apartment in a great location

Very clean and modern apartment in a great location in the Monti neighborhood. Walking distance to the train station, Colosseum, Forum, and lots of restaurants. Metro stop Cavour also nearby. Quiet street, comfortable bed, and best shower I had on our whole Italy trip!

Idéalement situé pour visiter tout (ou presque) Roma à pied

L'appartement, tout neuf, situé dans un quartier plein de charme, est très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Très propre. De nombreux rangements, un petit balcon qui donne sur la courette. La rue est jolie (des photographes professionnels y viennent même y faire des séances photos!). Tout est situé à proximité et l'on peut voir presque tous les monuments sans prendre les transports. La villa Borghese ou la villa Medicis, le Capitole, le Colisée, la piazza Navona, la fontaine de Trevi ou les thermes de Caracalla ainsi que les principaux musées, tout est à moins de trente minutes à pied. La gare centrale de Termini à moins de quinze minutes. Enchantés par cet appartement, mais pour dire quelque chose : pour un séjour de plusieurs semaines, comme c'était notre cas, une table différente serait mieux. Et puis, il serait facile d'investir dans une cafetière qui convienne réellement pour les plaques à induction. Pour un mois à Roma, excellent rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.
