Apartment with balcony at amazing Rambla Catalunya

Wake up, get out of bed and enjoy a view of the back of Gaudi with his famous Casa Battló. Stumbled out the door and in the middle of Barcelona, on one of the most famous streets, Rambla de Catalunya.

In other words, this is the apartment for you if you want to experience the real Barcelona. The apartment is small and compact but modern, cute and fully equipped to be your home away from home. Three people here can live comfortably together, 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch.

Please note that there are construction works going on in the building next door which might affect your stay at the apartment during business hours only. The inconvenience due to the works are already considered in the price and no further compensation will be offered.

The space:
This is an excellent apartment in the heart of the city and in one of the most atmospheric streets of the city for its many shops and restaurants with terraces. The renovated apartment has one double room and a sofa double bed creating a place for 2 people to stay in.

Just a 1-minute walk from Paseo de Gracia, and Plaza de Cataluña, surrounded by the best shops in Barcelona and in the center of the modernist route. Wide range of restaurants of all kinds. Excellent communications by metro (Line 4 of Passeig de Gracia) or bus to visit Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, or Olympic Barcelona.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen allowing guests to prepare a delicious meal with the comfort of feeling at home. Moreover, It has air conditioning in the living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, television, and Wi-Fi internet connection. The apartment has an ensuite modern bathroom with a rain shower.

In accordance with the rules of the Community, and looking for a good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.
