The Villa is completed with designer furniture and furnished to the highest standards. Spread on three levels, with wide and sunny terraces overlooking the Adriatic sea and a private Jacuzzi terrace with the same stunning view, the villa offers a true sense of luxurious and relaxing vacation spot. All five modern bedrooms have an en suite Italian bathroom and designer interiors, as well as terraces with garden furniture to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the sea.

The Space:
The wide and spacious living area on the ground level consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and sitting area. There is an entrance to the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna, and a bathroom from the living room. This floor also offers a private wine cellar and a laundry room. The first level is accessed from the ground floor through wooden stairs and comprises three en suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms have an exit to the terrace with Jacuzzi. Media room with two TV’s and table football are also on this floor. The second level of the villa features a spacious lobby and two modern double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and direct exit onto a sea view terrace with sitting furniture.

The Villa’s exterior comprises several sea view terraces and a private heated infinity swimming pool with an outdoor shower, equipped with sun loungers and unique garden swings. Villa is surrounded by pine trees and greenery and features the waves’ soothing sounds from the quiet bay beneath the villa. Stone grill and dining area are also available outdoors.

Air-condition, Wi-Fi, and Sonos music system with Bose speakers is available throughout the villa. Two bikes and two kayaks are also available for the guests.

A powerboat with water toys and a licensed skipper is available at an additional charge. Upon request, if you desire to explore the secret bays in the area or avoid the ferry port’s rush and be transferred from the airport directly to the villa.
