The estate features seven en suite double bedrooms, with individually controlled air-condition and underfloor heating. It is a perfect villa for families and a group of friends, accommodating 14 guests. The living and dining area with seating for 12 guests overlook the pool and the sun terrace and benefit from the glorious views to the sea. One bedroom is located on the ground level, two bedrooms are on the ground floor and mezzanine, and three bedrooms are set on the villa’s first floor.

Villa offers a true sense of the Mediterranean, surrounded by scents of herbs and pine trees coming from the villa’s private garden.

This luxurious seafront villa offers a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes & utensils, microwave, oven, hob, and refrigerator), SAT-TV, DVD, video library, Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, washing machine, and one additional guest’s toilet.

The daily service of a maid is included in the rental price, and there is a possibility of additional staff (at an additional charge) to make your stay completely carefree. Besides, your personal concierge is available during your stay to ensure you get the most of your vacation; to arrange for cultural visits to the ancient cities of Trogir and Split, or to charter the villa’s skippered 33-foot sailing yacht, allowing you to discover the wonderful secluded bays and island restaurants.

The villa is completely made of the famous Brac white stone used extensively in the construction of the property and provides a full Mediterranean feel to its guests, enjoying the swimming, sunbathing, or dining on the villa’s terrace.
