Boardman Basecamp - Townhouse med 3 sovrum i Traverse City med garage.

Nyligen ombyggd 3 bäddar / 1. 5 badrum lägenhet belägen i centrala Traverse City.

Vi har precis avslutat vår renovering. Helt nytt golv, helt nya möbler, alla nya köksapparater och skåp, etc. 55 tums 4K Roku TV med Hulu och Netflix anslutna. Höghastighets WiFi. Super bekväma soffor. Centrala A / C.

Vår lägenhet ligger i en förstklassig plats i TC. West Bay ligger en halv mil bort. Boardman sjön, fyllningsstationen (bra pizza och öl!), och TART-leden ligger alla inom 2 minuters promenad. Två närliggande cykelbutiker har cykeluthyrning. På en cykel kan du vara var som helst i centrala TC-området på mindre än 10 minuter. Little Fleet och starten på Front Street ligger mindre än en mil bort. En livsmedelsbutik ligger precis runt hörnet.

BRAND NEW komplett kök, inklusive kryddor och smaktillsatser, krukor och kastruller, etc. Tre sovrum, inklusive en King, Full och 2 Twin madrasser. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Ett skrivbord finns i befälhavaren, om du är benägen att få lite arbete på din semester. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Massor av gatuparkering runt, samt en dedikerad plats.

Pack n play, baby gate, barnstol och andra olika baby artiklar finns också på begäran.

Great Location

Great location, easy to get anywhere... even on foot for many things. Quiet area. Place was clean and well stocked. There are plenty of stairs, especially if using the garage, but other than that... all was good.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time at the Boardman Basecamp. The location is great. The townhouse was very clean and everyone had a great night's sleep each night. It was easy to locate and gain access.

Great Condo!

This is the second time our group has stayed at this condo, and we came back because it is a very nice unit, including garage access, and its in a great part of town. The host was great at communicating with us prior to and during the stay as needed. I would happily make it a 3-peat next fall.

Clean and Bright Stay in TC`

Comfortable, cozy weekend!

We enjoyed a comfortable, cozy long weekend visiting family. The property had everything we needed, especially for traveling with an infant. The toys and books kept the kids occupied whe. We were not out and about! Thank you!

Super Convenient Well Appointed Condo

The condo is easy walking distance to town and the bay. The unit is well decorated and the kitchen is easy to prepare meals in. So helpful to have toys and books for the children.

Comfortable, Clean and Chic

The condo was awesome, well stocked and was in a very cute neighborhood close to the Boardman and fun restaurants and breweries. Would recommend this to a family or group looking for a comfortable and convenient place to relax while in Traverse City

The condo was exactly what we were looking for in a short stay in TC. It was stocked with all of the essentials, had plenty of space for everyone, and was easy to get to from all sides of town. Highly recommend.

Cherry festival

So comfy and cozy, allowing my family of 6 to spend time together. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family. Close to the DART trail…..we took lots of walks. Being able to park in the garage was an additional perk. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Exploring Traverse City

We loved our stay here. Centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do. Very clean, perfect amenities, abs welcoming vibe. Kids enjoyed the toys and their bedrooms. Laundry on the upstairs allowed for quick washes. Plenty of space overall. Truly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Weekend Family Wedding

We enjoyed our stay at Boardman Basecamp. We have 3 adult children and to be able to spread out and sleep comfortably is a challenge when we go on vacations and get away weekends. Staying here was perfect for us. This place is very clean, in a safe location and spacious. Thank you for helping make our first trip to Traverse City a great one! We enjoyed TC shopping and dining. We ventured to Torch Lake and kayaked to the sandbar, went to Leland Fishtown, (which is the cutest!) and enjoyed the family wedding at a vineyard. Michigan is beautiful!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Clean and cute with a well stocked kitchen. I would only say that the pictures need to be updated on the website, as there is not a room with two twin beds. I had chosen this property because I thought I would need that extra bed. I also asked the property manager to confirm that they had those two beds but never heard back. It ended up not being a big deal since we had one friend who couldn’t come. Great place though!

Wonderful stay!

The listing appeared just as described on the website. It was perfect for me, my husband, my 3.5 yo daughter and 1.5 yo son. I loved that this apartment had everything we needed for the kids. They had 2 big drawers full of toys in the living area, a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gates. Pros: Comfortable Clean Affordable Safe Quiet Well stocked kitchen Dishwasher Good Wi-Fi Smart TV Good window blinds Cons: I don’t even think this is really a con, but the neighborhood looked a bit industrial. It did not diminish the comfort of the apartment. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to Traverse City. 👍🏼

One of the best equipped rentals I’ve stayed in

We stayed for a girls weekend. The location is great. Walkable to downtown I’m nice weather. Quick drive to downtown, the village commons, old mission and leelenau. This rental was well equipped - nice kitchen utensils. Very well equipped for families with young children. Had a pack and play, potty seat, toys a and childrens books. Space was clean, welcoming and comfy. I would stay here again with friends or family.

Base Camp is a good name

Our group was 4 adults in town for a Cycling Event, and this location served us well. Located close to dining and bike shops was a plus. The space was clean, well stocked and ready to go when we arrived. We have rented homes in the area at other times, but this was the first one with a garage space which was a plus. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodations and location and everyone in our group felt the pricing was fair. Would definitely stay again on future trips

Home away from home.

This property was perfect for our family travels to Traverse City. We had 5 adults and 2 small children. The house was equipped for small children with everything we needed. The house was in a great location to downtown. Rented bikes and explored the town, water and lakes. I would recommend this property. The management team was awesome and answered questions with a quick response. Really enjoyed our stay and so will you.

Girls weekend

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! Close to the TART trail to walk to front street. Plenty of seating for us. Plenty of mirrors in each room so there were multiple places for people to get ready at! Any questions we had were answered quickly by the property manager!
