The garden has its own palm tree, olive tree, as well as numerous other trees and plants. There are plenty of sun chairs, tables, umbrellas, and the pool and garden are maintained twice a week.

The location is in a quiet residential area with villas, yet it is just a 7 minute walk to Burriana beach and even shorter walk to the big supermarkets Mercadona or Carrefour.

The house is fully equipped with a guest apartment on the bottom floor with its own entrance.
It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room with two brand new beds and a bed sofa.
On the middle floor you find the spacious kitchen and the living room.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a big balcony, very nice views and a double bed, and the second bedroom with two brand new beds and a little balcony.
