Nyligen renoverade hus och pool område !! Pls se bilder. Super hög hastighet WIFI.

Vackra parhus andalusiska hus i en liten välskött privat gated utveckling med gemensam pool. Huset är byggt över 2 våningar. På övervåningen finns tre stora sovrum (två med dubbelsängar och det tredje med två stora enkelsängar) och ett stort badrum.
Det stora sovrummet har en terrass / vinterträdgård med fantastisk havsutsikt och gungstolar!
På nedervåningen kan du hitta ett duschrum, ett fullt utrustat kök, matsal / vardagsrum med en stor hörn soffa, en 48 tums tv och soundbar tillsammans med APPLE TV, NETFLIX, Amazon Prime och Apple musikabonnemang plus 150 internationella TV-kanaler inklusive BBC alla anslutna till fiber bredband med hastigheter upp till 300mbs !.
Det finns en stor terrass (med markis och dimsystem) med panoramautsikt över bergen och havsutsikten, perfekt för solbadning och till frukost och middagar utomhus.
Det finns en bra storlek pool och smakfullt anlagda comunal områden med solstolar delas mellan det lilla samhället (sällan mycket upptagen).
Huset är perfekt beläget eftersom det är bara 2 - 4 minuters promenad från Burriana Beach (200m) och under 10 minuters platt promenad (400-500m) från det upptagna och livliga centrum / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo-området, där du kan hitta gott om av barer, restauranger och butiker.

Vi har just avslutat renoveringen av huset. nytt badrum, golv, luftkonditionering, markis, solvatten, ett nytt kök med moderna apparater (NESPRESSO), inklusive en amerikansk kyl / frys med vatten och ismaskin. Alla möbler och sängar är helt nya och en mycket hög standard. Matbord och kök har utformats av oss.

Som en del av renoveringen huset har nu vägg till vägg bi vikdörrar förbinder vardagsrummet och terrass.

Observera att poolen är öppen hela året men kommer att stängas i flera veckor från mitten av slutet av november 2019 för underhåll. Solstolar kommer fortfarande att finnas tillgängliga på de gemensamma områdena.

Amazing and Beautiful Apartment

Beautifult house perfectly located!

This is a great house equipped with everything you need. It is spacious and well planned with the three bedrooms on the top floor and kitchen and living room downstairs. We appreciated especially the two balconies, we had nearly all our meals on the biggest one while the smaller balcony with the two "rocking-chairs" was perfect for relaxing. Our two kids enjoyed playing in the pool which they had for themselves all the time. It is only a short walk (5 min) to the Burriana beach and about 10 min to the old city centre - the house couldn't be better located! The only minor issue we had was with one of the blinds that would not go up, but Eva and Eli were both very helpful and engaged a craftsman to fix it as soon as possible. We can definitely recommend this house and will consider coming back another time! Thanks and best regards, Ingrid & Magnus

Lovely vacation in very nice apartment

Very nice apartment with a magnificent sea-view from the balconies. We also really appreciated the pool belonging to entire building. Any issues we had was very quickly sorted out by the apartment owners who responded immediately to our questions.

Perfect Home

I would stay in this home every time I come to Nerja or Malaga which is a short drive away. Perfect location- not in the city center so nice and quiet but an easy walk there and another easy walk to the beach boardwalk spot of Nerja. Perfect!

Location, location, location!!!

This is a lovely beach apartment with gorgeous views of the sea. Waking up to a sunrise every morning and walking to the beach to the local bakery for fresh bread is an excellent way to start the day. With Nerja Old Town, just around the corner and the beach minutes away, you can't pick a better location to spend your vacation.Looking forward to our return!!

Alamar house

Location was unbelievable, views of the ocean, easy access to the town, the back gate just to the left of the house made the walk into town easy, cutting out cardiac hill, the views were outstanding, we were there in December the location was quiet and clean very well kept. The house is also close to the beach and the bars and restaurants near the beach, loved o’haras for their breakfast. Would highly recommend this accommodation our hosts were always available although we didn’t need to call them as they had provided everything that was needed. We would definitely highly recommend this accommodation.

This was a large family gathering in Nerja for a special event. The house was perfect for our party and we all felt at home instantly. We had everything we could have needed and more. Very comfortable. Great sleep quality. . The views are awesome. We were sad to leave and hope to return soon.

Everything you need for a great Nerja stay

We were in the area for a family destination wedding...villa allowed us to relax for 5 days in a such a lovely, comfortable space with beautiful sunrises, 5 minute walk to the beach, lovely pool, fully equipped kitchen...between all the wedding events nearby. Hosts had gifted us a lovely bottle of wine, condiments, milk and coffee, tea and sugar to get us started! We will be back! Nerja is a lovely beach town, just the right size for a relaxing family holiday.

Lovely apartment with amazing views

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment, very comfortable, well equipped with everything you need. Lovely decor and amazing views from both balconies. Everything you need within walking distance. Lovely area and great for some winter sun. Eva really attentive and quick on all comms throughout. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Amazing house for a holiday

The house is a wow! The view from the balcony just takes your breath away we spent a lot of time there for breakfast mid afternoon drinks and evening drinks after our meals out. We also decorated it for a surprise engagement for my daughter. There was a cot and high chair for our 14 month old and plenty of room for us all to enjoy. There is everything you could need.for a family holiday and the house is beautifully furnished and perfectly located close to both the beach and a short walk into town There are lots of steps especially down to the pool which was lovely after a day at the beach’s and rarely more than a couple of others using it. Eli and Eva were so helpful and provided plenty of information for their beautiful house and we can’t wait to return next year. We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I have stayed at the Parador but the views and peace and quiet at this lovely house cannot be beaten. Jude Mason

As good as we had hoped it would be... and even better!

Beautiful multi floored unit with a quirky (in a good way) design. Dream balconies with breathtaking views. Steps away from the beach and minutes from a multitude of fine restaurants in "downtown" Nerja. Nice, quiet pool area. Met all our expectations and then some. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Wonderful

Absolutely killer views, lovely apartment, and amazing hosts! It was everything we needed for our family holiday. We were in Nerja for 4 weeks and the apartment was a terrific "home base" for all of our adventures. It was always wonderful to come back to the beautiful terrace after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location between Burriana Beach and the center of town. We walked everywhere! Thank you to Eva and Eli, the most amazing, responsive hosts we could have asked for! Lovely apartment, amazing views!

We spent one month in Nerja in this ideally located apartment. It was a three minute walk to the beach and about an eight minute walk into the centre of Nerja. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons and electronics to make for an enjoyable stay. Internet is super fast and the smart TV offers an array of channels and streaming services. The absolutely best thing about our stay were the incredible sunrises each and every morning. What a way to start your day!

Winter Getaway Haven

Ideally situated looking over Burriuana beach, the property is perched midway on a steep hill between the beach and the town centre. It's a 5 minute walk down to the beach and beachside restaurants and a 10/15 minute walk in the town. The property is well maintained and has all the amenities you could wish for and need for your holiday. It is bright and airy and boasts fabulous views. We found it a great getaway for some lovely winter sun. The hosts were always contactable and helpful.

Spanglish family working and living in London. Our respective parents and extended family live in Andalusia so we visit a lot and wanted our own base.
As soon as we saw the house we knew it was the right one and we sure did look at a lot of properties in Nerja over an 18 month period! It took over a year to buy with the previous owner getting cold feet for over 6 months. Hopefully this will one day be our retirement home.
In the meantime we hope you really enjoy our beautiful holiday home which we have been lovingly restoring!

Amazing sea and mountain views. Ideally located; 2 minutes walk from the famous Burriana Beach and under 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants of the Balcon de Europa (center). Pool shared by the 10 or so houses in the complex which is seldom busy (20m from the house).
