With capacity for 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over a habitable surface of 170 m² on a plot of almost 500 m². Its practical and welcoming design makes it the perfect place for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room and an independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher. On the upper floor is the fourth bedroom, with two single beds and access to a sunny solarium-type terrace, ideal for relaxing or sunbathing.

The exterior of the house is designed to enjoy to the fullest: a private pool with sun loungers and umbrella, a well-maintained front garden and two terraces —one covered and one outdoors— perfect for eating, reading or simply resting.

- Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A fixed charge of €0.47/kwh for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
