One bed loft style cottage style apartment with off street parking and private patio area. The Loft is accessed by its own front door leading to a staircase which leads on to a spacious fully fitted kitchen/ diner and bedroom wtih wet room and views over the village green. The bedroom has lovely views towards Durham City.
White House Cottages comprises 3 conversions which have been modernised to a high standard, yet have kept the features which reflect the country location of the properties. Incorporating a fully fitted kitchen including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and central heating. The bathroom/ shower rooms are all fully tiled in travertine stone. All linens and towels are provided plus wifi is included. The properties are fully furnished in a style to reflect their surrounding. Off street parking is included. The Loft is a modern spacious apartment with its own outside area and overlooking the village green on the front with views over Durham City to the rear.
The properties are situated in tranquil Brandon village, with its delightful village green, local pub and surrounding farmland. There are numerous walks and cycle trails nearby and it is a perfect base to explore Durham City and County Durham

We have modernised and finished the cottages to a high standard so that they reflect the standards you would expect in a quality hotel, but with a personal touch. With our extensive knowledge of the area we will be able to direct you to some great restaurants / bars and also direct you to the numerous attractions of Durham City and county Durham. We have also organised discounts at a few restaurants.
