Villa Amaltea is a holiday home in Salento,
in Casarano, near the city centre and a few kilometers away from the
beaches of Ugento and Gallipoli. It`s a portion of a villa that used to
be a Bed and Breakfast, now turned into holiday home. The owner lives in
the property but garantees the full privacy of the guests.
In the large garden there are the above-ground swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, microwave oven, espresso machine, iron and ironing board, tv, mosquito nets, hair-dryer and electric oven. It accommodates up to 9 guests.

The
holiday home with lush garden and above-ground swimming pool is ideal
for a holiday in Puglia, Salento, dedicated to wellness, sea and nature.
The
outdoor areas frame the comfortable house: the above-ground swimming
pool is 6mt x 4mt and it`s ideal during the hottest hours of the day,
guaranteeing the children`s entertainment.
There is a large living
room with dining area, breakfast corner, sofa and tv. Moreover, there
is a well-equipped kitchen and the sleeping area, which consists of 4 bedrooms: one triple bedroom and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, mosquito nets, tv and internet.

Villa
Amaltea is in the cuntryside of Casarano, near the city centre of the
lively commercial town, with baroque spots and the main services. Lido
Pizzo, one of the most loved beaches in Gallipoli, is 19 kilometers
away, while the beaches of Ugento are 16 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Above Ground Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Air conditioning in the double rooms and in the living room. 
- The owner lives in an independent apartment behind the villa.
- The outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the guests, the only shared  area is the access gate.

- The front terrace is for the exclusive use of the owner.
