PROPERTY RULES

• No smoking

• No parties or events allowed

• Groups under the age of 30 are not permitted.

• No pets allowed on the property

• Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit: up to 8 guests (children included)

• It is not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check-out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

• In case of non-compliance with the rules, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

• Bed linens and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60°C.



SAFETY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.



CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Guests must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time. If arriving before 5:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.

Please inform us at least one day in advance if you are checking out before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM, you can leave your luggage at our office.
