The apartment boasts large and spacious areas, where comfort, functionality, and brightness predominate. This luxury apartment enjoys an excellent location, close to all services and within walking distance of the beach. Itâs an ideal place for an exquisite and extremely comfortable holiday.
Location and Proximity:- Situated in Albufeira, close to services, bars, restaurants;- 0,3 km from Private Hospital;- 2,4 km from Beaches;- 1,5 km from Strip Oura;- 2,7 km from the historic center of Albufeira;- 9 km from Salgados Golf Course;- 33 km from Faro Airport.
Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of âŹ300 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of âŹ2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *
