Ther's a terrace of 50 mq all around the flat with a double exposition: Etna volcano and the Mediterranean sea!
The flat is composed by a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom inside, the living room with a double sofa-bed for one adult or one child and a kitchen.Â
It's located at the third floor- no lift- in an old building of 70's.

It's the perfect area to plan jogging and long walks !You will find restaurants, supermarket, bar, pizzerie, pharmacy and all that you can need during your stay!If you want to relax and donât like the chaos of the downtown this is the place that does for you!
