Peyia Fontana is sympathetically planted with spacious well-maintained grounds and our choice Complex.

D204, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing break in the Cyprus sunshine. The large terrace has a dining table and chairs, sun loungers which make it the perfect spot for alfresco dining with the added benefit of a Gas BBQ There is large electrically operated awning to use for shade and you also have the most amazing views of the sunset. The perfect setting to sit back, relax and enjoy a sundowner, or glass of local wine.

The open plan lounge/diner is modern, bright and comfortable, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. There is large twin Patio doors leading onto the terrace and giving you the most wonderful panoramic views. There is a double and twin bedroom, both bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are fitted with air con units. WI-FI and Smart TV are also featured in the apartment.

The communal swimming pool is overlooked from the terrace and is key to a cool down in the summer heat. The gardens with shady trees are clean, well maintained, and the perfect sunbathing spot!

This modern apartment is ideally situated, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars with Coral Bay a 5-minute drive away. Peyia village is around a 15/20-minute walk, where you are met with the most wonderful Cypriot hospitality. A great base to explore the island.

What a gem!

Lovely property, clean and well equipped, fabulous views. It’s located in a quiet residential area in peyia, a 6 minute drive to coral bay beach and local amenities, a car is definitely needed to get about. It has a lovely communal pool, if your after a quiet restful holiday this is a great property to book

Winter break

This is our second stay at one of Diairmid's properties in Peiya. The property is well appointed, clean, and well furnished (as we knew it would be). However the outstanding feature of the property is the balcony which has a view of the sea and sun (and shade if you need it) all day, I wish we could have taken it home with us!

Lovely apartment to stay in

We stayed for 3 weeks over the summer and we loved the apartment. It has everything you could need for a holiday. The balcony is really big and the view is very nice. The pool is lovely and needed on the hot days. The area the apartment is in is very nice, and we explored all over this part of Cyprus in our stay. It's close to the village of Peyia, and a short drive to Coral Bay or Paphos. The owners helped us out when we needed it, and offered good advice on restaurants and things to see. We loved our stay in Cyprus and thoroughly recommend staying at this apartment.

Fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful month! The accommodation was exactly as expected, it is as shown in all the photographs. We were very lucky with the weather and made good use of the comfortable loungers on the balcony. I would advise having a car as the area is quite hilly. We watched skiing in Troodos one morning and then sunbathed in the afternoon. Beautiful scenery to be seen, particularly in the mountains. We would certainly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Diarmid, we hope to be back.

Our Honeymoon Heaven

Wow what an amazing apartment, we were blown away with everything, the welcome pack, decor, pool, cleanliness and ease of early check in. Aimee was our contact and was so helpful and professional with any query we had. We only had 3 days here and wish we could have had longer but will return next year for our anniversary. It’s in a lovely peaceful area with sea views but you do need a car or taxis to get about which we had worked out before we got there and wasn’t an issue. This was a beautiful place to stay after our Cyprus wedding and will stay in our memory for a very long time.

What a lovely apartment would Def use again great communication with the owner Coral Bay approx 7 mins drive away and supermarket 5 mins. Does need a mirror in the main Bedroom minor issue but such a lovely apartment with a Huge balcony with lovely views to the sea. Apartnent well equipped with everything you need. Will look forward to using again next year. Wayne & family

Very good, clean and nicely furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable and had breakfast on the beautiful terrace every morning. Everything is there and a small welcome pack with bread, milk and snacks was also provided for us. The covered parking lot is a bit tight, but definitely recommended, otherwise the sun will heat up the car incredibly. The pool is really nice and much bigger than what the photos show. We mostly had it to ourselves and it was lovely to relax in after a long day of touring. The complex is very well maintained with very beautiful plants around the whole pool. All in all a beautiful apartment that we can definitely recommend.

Amazing apartment with stunning views

we had the most amazing stay at peiya Fontana apartment ❤️ the apartment was very clean, well equipped and the location fantastic! Aimee the contact was so lovely and was extremely quick at responding to our questions, she’s just amazing and we’re very grateful to her for helping us. 🙏 We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, the views from the balcony were out of this world and to add we had a hot tub on the balcony!!!! This is not on the listing for the apartment so was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend peiya Fontana, we didn’t want to leave. book it you really won’t be disappointed! Happy holidays 😀

Great apartment, nice view, quiet.

Everything was as described, view is amazing. Everything is clean. Large terrace probably a size of the whole apartment. Welcome pack is a very nice touch. I would say an extra mirror would be a good idea as there is only one in the bathroom but maybe it’s just me. Car is must as everything is not in walking distance but this is something for something (quiet lication). Thanks again

Owner testing apartment through Guests Eyes

I must declare my interest as the property owner. As our three apartments at Peyia Fontana D204, D201 & D101 have just been listed with VRBO, I felt it only fair to "test drive" the whole experience and to get a feel for what Guests will find. Thankfully all went to plan and I was able to award myself 5 stars. Hopefully our future guests will be able to support this assessment and yes I did consume the Welcome Pack. Please be honest if you provide FEEBACK, as bad news is as good as good news it means we can fix things.

Wonderful

Great apartment with everything you need. Lovely to find a few essentials had been provided when we arrived, Thanks Aimee. Had a bit of an issue getting to the apartment following the directions but that’s because they a doing lots of building in the town centre so diversions are in place. Managed to work out a route via the back road which was actually a lot easier. Also no chopping board in the kitchen, but we bought one and left it so should be there for future guests. Biggest surprise was the Hot Tub which although advertised was not included in the pictures so we were unsure as to whether it was exclusively for us but there it is, on the balcony. Altogether we lived our first visit to Cyprus and will definitely be returning

Family Trip

We know Peyia well and know roughly where the place was. However, with the roads being closed and our arrival being late at night, made it was initially difficult to find the property. Once we did, we found the complex to be not so nice from the car park side, but once in, you find a lovely, well decorated and furnished apartment. By far the selling point is the balcony and view. The hot tub was a big hit with the family and laying in it during the day was nice and relaxing. Even better at night with the stars out. You can easily find the property during the day and the directions provided were ideal. It is located in the bottom half of Peyia, but is perfectly located for all amenities. 40 mins to the airport, 30mins to Paphos, 20 mins to Agios Georgios and 10 mins to Coral Bay. Phillipo's, the local supermarket near Coral Bay, is only 7 mins away and holds everything you need. The apartment is really well laid out, the bedrooms are lovely and spacious and the furniture is clean and comfortable. You have everything you need to make it a lovely stay and the TV has every channel to appeal to all ages. Would I stay here again, yes! It was nice, spacious but compact, and the balcony with the sun all day long made the stay well worth it. We would and have already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful accommodation in Peyia Paphos Cyprus

After a long journey we arrived at the penthouse to find a beautiful spacious well presented modern home, with a much welcomed pack of tea, coffee, bread, wine, beer and much more, for our arrival. The Penthouse inside was extremely clean, really comfortable beds and furniture, with a wonderful large bright sunny lounge/ well equipped kitchen leading out onto a south facing large balcony with magnificent sea views and comfortable sun lounges, sun canopy, and modern table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining. There is a wonderful clean, well maintained pool set in beautiful gardens within this small quiet complex. The luxury of having UK TV made it like home from home, only the weather was better. Beautiful peaceful countryside for long walks, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance into Peyia or just a short drive to the costal resort of Coral Bay if you want more restaurants and night life. Everything for a wonderful holiday!! Whatever your taste. In addition, and importantly, Diarmid the owner, made the whole booking process so easy and couldn't do enough for us. A comprehensive pack of instructions on everything and detailed direction to the Penthouse is given. I must emphasise how much attention to detail is given to everything here in the Penthouse to make our stay very comfortable. We initially booked to stay for 3 days, but as it was so lovely we extended out stay for a month. You will not be disappointed in this property. Looking forward to going again for even longer next year

Comfortable stay

Great apartment in the Peyia area of Cyprus. Lovely view from patio, and hot tub great addition and well maintained. A bit hard to find using the map link as it takes you to a different street, but did find it eventually. Location good for those who like a quiet, out of the way place but a car is a must. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

This is not our first time to Cyprus it's our 12th, but it is our first time not staying in a hotel. How was it? As the title says 'perfect'. There's a lot to be said for coming out of season, no crowds and peaceful added to a great apartment with a terrific host. The balcony and sea view are to die for, 9 days of wonderful sunsets. Our first time in an apartment away from the UK, would we do it again absolutely there's more freedom than a hotel. Eat & drink what you want, when you want and how you want. We would stay here again possibly even buy a property just like this for holidays, Thank you Diarmid

Tolles Apartment

Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die Gaben im Kühlschrank zu Beginn. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Herrlicher Meerblick und dazu der Hottub ist traumhaft. Alles perfekt, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad. Leider war das Doppelbett nicht besonders breit. Das hätte ich mir breiter gewünscht.
