Nestled against a charming lake-mountain scenery, this duplex apartment is perfect to enjoy Lake Como as well as unwind in peace and vibrant greenery. Outside, the holiday apartment offers up a private garden, along with a shared pool and a lovely alfresco setup great for spending quality time with family.
The 2-bedroom apartment is also pleasantly equipped with everything you will need to enjoy an effortless self-catered holiday. In addition to a well-furnished living area with sofas, the apartment has a fully-equipped and modern kitchen-diner with all essential kitchen appliances for a carefree stay.
Utilities include a microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher, among others.

For those looking forward to enjoying the scenic beauty of Lake Como, Sentiero Dei Forti, is at an 8-minuteâs drive: it is a hike around Colico that leads to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping views of the Alps and Lake Como. Furthermore, at 20-minutesâ drive, guests will find breathtaking views at the Abbey of Piona and exquisite liquors made by Piona monks.
The closest international airports are Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, approximately a 1.5 hoursâ drive from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 30th of September 2025
