We have a brand-new lakefront pool with surrounding deck area and plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine! A swim dock for kids to swim in the lake or just a place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.
New for '23, coming soon (UNDER RENOVATION NOW) your rental will include 4 private bedrooms, 4 with King Size Beds. This home has no steps to enter. Each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom. The bedrooms have flat-screen internet streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, including a gas professional cook top with oven. It also has an island bar that seats 3 with an open floor plan and an incomparable lake view accompanied by a dining room table that seats 6 with a lake view as well. A large living area with a 65" flat screen Smart TV with internet streaming, 2 large leather couches adequate for 2 adults for additional sleeping area. This home has a wet bar with plenty of glassware for adult beverages all complimented by a wood burning fireplace. The back patio has a gas grill as well as charcoal, if desired. Patio furniture that seats 12 and a hot tub will also complement the private back patio. In addition, we have a fire pit, lounge chairs and plenty of room for your outdoor games. The pool is just steps outside this home. To accompany the lake, we also have a 15'x20' floating swim dock with patio furniture. This is great for swimming, fishing, eating dinner, or having cocktails at night or coffee in the morning while enjoying your view of the lake. We also have a covered boat slip that is yours to use for your personal boat or rent ours and request a captain to drive you around the lake!

There's so much to do here on the property, but you're also minutes away from shopping at the mall, boutiques, flea markets, antique stores, or specialty food stores. If shopping isn't your thing, there is Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino, one of the largest attractions in our state, and close by is Magic Springs amusement park and Crystal Falls water park for rides and concerts throughout the summer. Visit the Gangster Museum, the Wax Museum, take a Duck Boat Tour, ride the Trolley, or visit the Mountain Tower and get a bird's eye view of the area. There's the Hot Springs Historic Baseball Trail known as the birthplace of Major League Spring Training. It is a self-guided walking tour telling legends of baseball lore. Babe Ruth, among many other famous baseball legends, trained here for multiple seasons. Babe hit baseball's first 500ft homerun in Hot Springs in 1915. It is always celebrated on St. Patrick's Day with a parade and is celebrated throughout the city. A statue will be dedicated to the Babe in 2024. It will be on the 128th Anniversary of his birthday. If you're a baseball fan, this is a must see!
You can also take a romantic stroll down the Promenade at Bathhouse Row and read the history of the area or have a thermal bath and massage while sipping craft beer or wine. A few miles away is Lake Ouachita, the second purest lake in the country, and Murphreesboro Diamond Mine State Park where you can dig for diamonds, and maybe find one! There's so much to do here!
