This fantastic 3 bedroom house is a spectacular listed property in the historic harbour village of Anstruther with uninterrupted sea views.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large kitchen/dinning room has dual aspect views and high quality furnishings throughout.

The house is in an old fishing village therefore parking directly in front of the house is limited. The property is suitable for Families and Golfers.

This stunning house is split over 3 levels with fantastic sea views.

The property is located a few minutes walk to the famous Anstruther Fish Bar, 5 minute walk from Cellardyke Harbour and the Cow Shed is 10 minute drive away.

Ground Floor – Second double bedroom and bathroom.

First Floor – Kitchen/dining room and large living room.

Second Floor – Main bedroom, third bedroom and main bathroom.

Smoking is not permitted within the property.

We expect all guests to respect the property and neighbours.

The property has tremendous character with many interesting features but yet it has been modernised and finished to a high standard.
