Villa Agios Constantinos ligger strax utanför den gamla staden-port Lavrio i Attika; drygt en halvtimmes bilfärd från Aten, men långt från den livliga staden, kapslade mellan en tall skog på en kulle, med utsikt över Medelhavet.

Hela regionen är levande med antikens historia, kultur och fantastisk natur. Unikt fascinerande arkeologiska platser, traditionella grekiska tavernor, och naturligtvis den magnifika turkosa vattnet sköljde över stränderna i Saroniska bukten kombineras för att skapa en verkligt inspirerande scen. Egentligen skulle hela området runt Lavrio karakteriseras som en stor arkeologisk plats, spricker med historia, från dess fornlämningar, tempel och teater -i själva verket den äldsta i Grekland-, till dess förhistoriska gruvor. Det är där de gigantiska kolonner av den berömda tempel Poseidon på närliggande Sounion grävdes. De silvergruvor som går tillbaka till förhistorisk tid och tros vara den äldsta i världen, stolt acceptera deras plats i historien, med tanke på att de finansierade flottan med vilken de gamla atenarna besegrade perserna, och finansierat byggandet av Akropolis bland många andra monument av Golden Age of Athens. Och som om detta inte var nog, ger hamnen i Lavrio direkt tillgång till en mängd grekiska Cycladian öar, perfekt för endagsutflykter och även ytterligare kulturella äventyr ...

Villan det själv, byggt på en sluttning, har en fantastisk utsikt från var och en av dess tre nivåer. Den huvudsakliga uteplats är komplett med en stor uteplats och matplats, pool och sten grill, allt omgivet av tät lokal vegetation som sträcker sig från vinrankor som fikon och granatäpple träd. Allt givetvis förbises av de rymliga verandor på varje våning.

De inomhus i villan är helt enkelt en behandling och ett nöje. De tre våningarna i samband med en vindlande trappa skryta 2 stora vardagsrum, 2 matplats, fyra sovrum, en bar och naturligtvis ett fullt utrustat kök, som kan ta emot alla och alla dina experiment med grekiska köket, om du vill använda av de traditionella ingredienserna, örter och kryddor finns lokalt. Allt och alla hörn, möbel, och dekoration av denna underbara villa är borstad med utsökt smak och minutiös detalj.

Quiet splendour with a glimpse of the sea

Family holiday summer 2024

Everything about our stay at Villa Pepy was a pleasure from the communication from the initial booking to check in and the stay. The villa was exactly as described, clean and well presented. The villa we well appointed with everything you would need - the air conditioning was perfect during the recent heatwave - and the pool was a particular highlight. The location was also ideal for visiting Athens and sites.

Our experience from the beginning has been amazing! From the property manager to the owners of the villa it has been an incredible experience. The owners meet us at the villa and gave us a tour and spent time with us and then took us to the market to get groceries. The villa is beautiful and quiet and private.I recommend this villa to anyone from a small family to a larger one. We will be back and have made new friends her in Greece! Γιορτάζω

Gorgeous Property and Fabulous Hosts

Even more beautiful than the photos! Villa was equipped with everything needed for a family vacation in Greece. Communication was outstanding with both the property manager leading up to our travel and also the gracious hosts, Mrs. Pepy and her husband, They greeted us at the property to show us around and to ensure that we were comfortable upon arrival. If we had questions during our stay, they were quick to respond. The location was exactly what we had hoped for. Peaceful, a brief drive to the adorable village in Lavrio and the port with easy access for a day trip to explore Kea by ferry. Close enough to Athens so that we could spend time sightseeing. The villa and the pool are beautifully maintained and the landscape is breathtaking. The villa has plenty of sitting areas for sipping coffee, having family meals, inside or outside or just to gaze out over the sea in the distance. There are many beautiful places to stay in Greece, but this property is very special. Our hosts made this experience even more memorable and we left feeling as though we have new family in Greece. We are already planning our return!

The perfect base for our Family wedding and holiday!

The villa was exactly the villa we had chosen from the pictures on VRBO- if anything it exceeded expectations. We particularly enjoyed that it felt like a family home unlike the usual rental. The pool was beautifully clean and we loved the garden and being able to pick fresh figs for breakfast. Alex at VRBO answered all my questions perfectly before the trip and when we met Pepy and her husband they could not have been more helpful. We will always remember our time there with the fondest memories.

Great place for our family vacation

Hot holiday in Agios Konstantinos

Very clean and cosy villa in peaceful small village Agios Konstantinos. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and cleen, in a quiet location but only 5 minute drive to closest town Lavrio where one can find plenty of shops and different kind of restaurants. Many nice beaches are in close distance, in 15 minutes you have many beaches to choose. Upon arrival Mrs Pepy an her husband were waiting for us and giving a short introduction to the house and surroundings. The house has three floors which we found very handy, adults sleeping in two first floor and all the kids sharing the upper floor. The pool was clean and big enough for a bigger group also. I would recommend this villa for everyone wishing a relaxing holiday far enough from city hassle but close enough for everything you may need. Thanks a lot Pepy and Lefteris for your hospitality and warm thanks also to Christian in the neighbour. Hoping we could see again some day!

Beautifully located villa

Villa Pepy is a beautiful villa. It is perfect for a family holiday, it is clean and well equipped with plenty of space. The pool and outside area are great, we spent all our time out there. The location is amazing with a short drive down to the town of Lavrio which has a selection of shops and some really good restaurants. Also it is only a short drive to many lovely beaches and the Temple of Posidon. And to top it off the host was amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. All in all an amazing place to stay with an abundance of things to do within a short drive, definitely recommend

An authentic Greek villa with lovely pool and outdoor area - great for a family holiday!

We had a great time in Greece and really enjoyed our time in the villa. It's very spacious, perfect for our family of 4 and could easily fit 8 people as all the rooms are a good size. The pool is very clean and well maintained and is situated in a very quiet oasis surrounded by trees. A car is essential as the nearest town/shops are 4km downhill towards the coast and there are incredible beaches only 30-40 mins drive away. I would recommend providing a booklet for guests with details of local tavernas, restaurants, beaches etc. Helen was extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions.

Agréable Maison

La maison est conforme aux photos et à sa description. Chaque chambre est climatisée, l’espace repas extérieur est ombragé toute la journée ce qui est fort appréciable. Le terrain de la propriété vous permettra de garer votre/vos véhicules. Concernant l’environnement, il est d’un calme Olympien, vous aurez de quoi pratiquer quelques randonnées dans la colline, la maison se trouvant dans les hauteurs de Lavrio. Nous n’avons pas rencontré Pepy mais avons eu affaire à Helena qui gère la relation avec les voyageurs et qui habite à côté de la maison. Helena a été hyper disponible, de très bon conseil et qui nous a organisé nos rendez-vous pour les test PCR du retour! Merci à Elle pour avoir été extrêmement disponible et facilitatrice durant notre séjour.

Superschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren zu 7 und hatten sehr schöne 14 Tage in diesem Haus. Helena und ihr Mann waren sehr nette Gastgeber, jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Summer escape

Our stay was amazing, expectations were running high ahead of our stay but they were pleasantly surpassed as soon as we arrived. 2 families with 4 children aged under 12. The property is ideal for such a set up. It is very spacious, lots of balconies with great views, rooms on separate floors that allow for privacy but also large communal spaces. The pool is ideal for kids. The big BBQ was also fun to use. We hope to re-visit the property soon and would highly recommend it.

Perfect house for a large group )

This is a very spacious house for large groups, with 3 levels each with a full bathroom, living area and massive balcony/tarras. Views are amazing, location quiet and safe. Pool was amazing extra so needed after a hot day. Athens 60 min away, 40 min to the airport. Cannot overstate that AC was a life saver. Would recommend for the future stay.

The house was very large and comfortable and also very friendly and nice to live in. We enjoyed Lavrio, Poseidon temple and Athens. There is a choice between sandy beaches on both sides and also rocky beaches for snorkeling.

Aghios constantinous

The villa is one of the best we have stayed in, so well equipped and comfortable. The beds especially were comfortable with a good view of the country side. Not too far away from the town with a great selection of bakeries although we frequent the bakery suggested by the owners. Pepy and her husband were very welcoming, met us in Lavrio and guided us to their villa even though it was late evening. The only downside was the bugs leaving us with bites and itching, this was a problem this year due to the humidity. The best way to relieve the itching was to submerge ourselves in the swimming pool, the pool well situated , beautifully clean and very easily accessed. Overall the 5 of us had a good and restful holiday. Thank you

Lovely Well equipped villa in a great location- highly recommended

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Agios Constantinos - it’s in an ideal location, quiet and private but still close to local amenities, beaches and Athens itself. Leading up to our stay, the service we received from Alex (manager) and Mrs Pepy (owner) was faultless. The house is spacious (there were 8 of us) and extremely well equipped- reliable WiFi, effective air conditioning and lovely outside area. Our highlights were trips to ancient Corinth, Athens and the Temple Of Poseidon at sunset as well as regular trips to several local beaches which had clean and warm sea. If you like sailing, we recommend Yachthop near Athens, who offer various trips along the beautiful coastline there. Thank you Alex and Mrs Pepy, we had a fabulous time from start to finish!

Griechische Idylle

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter-Ehepaar überaus herzlich begrüßt (er spricht sehr gut deutsch). Während des gesamten Aufenthalts waren sie für uns telefonisch erreichbar und haben sich um unsere Belange gekümmert. Wir waren als Familie mit sieben Personen, davon drei Kinder, für neun Tage in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist aufgrund seiner Aufteilung auch für zwei Familien geeignet. Ein wirklich ruhiges Fleckchen, ideal zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Genießen. Das Haus liegt etwa 5-6 Autominuten vom Küstenort Lavrio entfernt. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen von Lavrio und die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte uns einfach an nichts. Das Grundstück und vor allem der Poolbereich sind nahezu uneinsehbar. Alles sehr gepflegt und tadellos. Die großen Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr bequem. Auf den Balkonen und der großen schattigen Terrasse haben wir sowohl den Sonnenaufgang, die heißen Mittagsstunden und den Abend genießen können. Mit der Blue Window Holiday Homes Agentur hat die Vermittlung reibungslos funktioniert. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfect family holiday!

The perfect place for the perfect holiday! Where to start! The villa itself is wonderful and beautifully decorated. From the first step we took inside, we could feel that the owners love their home and look after it with great care and attention to detail. It has a wonderful welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that we enjoyed very much. The villa is very spacious and accommodating to our group of 3 generations (grandparents, parents and two children). The sleeping arrangements were perfect and made everyone feel comfortable. An added bonus was the bathrooms on each floor, with ample hot water for all of us to enjoy our showers. We made full use of the pool and lovely gardens and enjoyed them at all hours, from our morning coffee to our family dinners. The owner Pepy is an incredible host. Such a kind and generous person! She picked us up from the nearby city of Lavrion, advised us about where to eat and what beaches to visit. She is also very thoughtful and well prepared for the different needs of her guests. For example, we needed a different mattress for my father who has back pains and Pepy gave us a spare one, just for this purpose! Pepy has thought of everything and is extremely helpful. If you need anything, then all you have to do is ask. Last but not least, we were very pleased with Alex from Blue Window who made our booking and exchange feel like a breeze. Pepy and Alex truly know how to guarantee the perfect holiday. Our entire family is looking forward to visiting again next year!
