Located just 5 minutes drive from Brixham's vibrant harbour, Seahorse at St.Mary's is a spacious and peaceful ground floor apartment sleeping 4. Easily accessible to both the town centre, and stunning coastal walking routes, Seahorse is perfectly located for those who like to explore beyond the central harbour area of Brixham. With a sociable open plan layout, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as allocated parking for two cars, Sea Horse is well suited for couples or friends holidaying.
There is an open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. French doors from the living area lead out on to the patio area with outdoor dining furniture, surrounded by the communal lawned gardens.
The main bedroom also enjoys direct access onto a patio area with bistro table set, and looks out to the communal gardens. Complete with its own en-suite, and a generous king sized bed, there is a 'hotel-style' feel to this comfortable main suite. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
Adjacent to the property, a footpath leads you to the South West Coast Path which is less than 250 metres away. St Mary's Bay is a delightful secluded sandy beach, or you can enjoy stunning coastal walks towards Berry Head National Nature Reserve in one direction, or to Sharkham Point and beyond in the other direction.
Located within a mile of Brixham's bustling town centre, guests can enjoy the towns array of cafés, restaurants and pubs surrounding the historic harbour.
The apartment also benefits from allocated parking for two vehicles.

Saltwater Escapes is a family run business offering beautiful holiday homes along the South Devon coast.
âSaltwater Escapes was started by husband and wife team Jamie and Kate. Born and raised in Brixham, Jamie spent his childhood on the local beaches and enjoyed the many outdoor pursuits Devon offers .  Kate's early childhood years were also spent by the sea in North Berwick, Scotland. Later moving to rural Berkshire, Kate enjoyed much freedom outdoors in the surrounding countryside. They have subsequently had two children of their own and hope to instil in them the same love for the outdoors, a sense of adventure, and the importance of quality time together.Â
âRegularly taking their children back down to Devon, their treasured escapes from their busy pace of life and enjoying old fashioned fun have become a family tradition. A time to switch off and relax, to get back to nature, to try something new, explore somewhere different, and most importantly to make treasured memories.
âFrom the moment you arrive at a Saltwater Escapes property we aim to give you a warm welcome starting with complimentary welcome provisions with a few essentials and some local goodies too! All properties offer fantastic access to the towns treasure's including the many cafĂ©s and restaurants, the beaches and of course the beautiful sea.
