Casa Palmera is a beautifully appointed three-storey townhouse set within the tranquil gardens of Marbellamar, a prestigious beachfront community on Marbellaâs coveted Golden Mile. Just 100 metres from the sandy shores of Casablanca Beach, this elegant property accommodates up to eight guests in style and comfort, with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Palmera is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
Guests can enjoy two large private terraces, including a superb rooftop area complete with sun loungers, a covered lounge, and a jacuzzi offering partial sea and mountain views (please note the jacuzzi incurs an additional charge of âŹ25 per day). The ground floor terrace is ideal for al fresco dining, equipped with a gas BBQ, outdoor seating and shaded areas.
The interiors of Casa Palmera are equally impressive. The ground floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine, along with a tastefully furnished lounge, separate dining area, a smaller double bedroom, guest WC, and shower room. On the first floor, the spacious master suite includes a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobes. Two additional guest bedroomsâone with a king-size bed and the other a twinâshare a family shower room. The third floor opens onto the expansive rooftop terrace.
Casa Palmera is exceptionally well located. The beachside promenade stretches from Marbellaâs charming Old Town to the glamour of Puerto BanĂșs, offering scenic walking, jogging, or cycling. Iconic destinations such as the Marbella Club and Puente Romano Resortâwith their Michelin-starred restaurants and upscale barsâare just minutes away on foot. The property also benefits from close proximity to local supermarkets, over 30 excellent restaurants, and convenient public transport options, making a car unnecessary.
Guests of Casa Palmera enjoy access to the communityâs private swimming pool (only opening during the warmer months), as well as tennis and padel courts. For those seeking more active pursuits, the area offers a wide range of leisure options including water sports, sailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, and golf at one of the many world-class courses nearby.
Additional features include modern bathrooms with power showers, quality cotton linens and towels, optional maid service, and a comprehensive entertainment system offering over 1,000 international TV channelsâincluding BT Sports, Sky Sports, and Sky Moviesâas well as a vast selection of free films and box sets. High-speed WiFi (up to 100mb) with unlimited downloads is also included.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.
