Apartment for 6 guests for holidays in Torre San Giovanni, near Ugento. The apartment is on two floors and it`s in a two-unit complex near the sea.
It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue on the terrace, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

The
apartment is accessible from a small staircase. It opens into the
living room with dining area, tv, air conditioning and double sofa bed,
near the kitchenette and the full bathroom.
On the upper floor there is the sleeping area which consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom,
both with air conditioning, and the second full bathroom. On the
terrace with view on the sea there is the barbecue and a laundry room.
On
the ground floor there is a door communicating with the basement floor
(apartment for 6 guests), so the two units can be also rented together,
accommodating up to 12 guests.

The
property is near the seafront promenade of Torre San Giovanni,
characterized by accessible rocky beach. This seaside location is known
for its sandy beaches, shallow bottoms and crystal clear sea and the
bars and tourist services in Summer.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.

- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.

- Bed linen/towels not provided: extra price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Specific pets cleaning euro 61 to be paid upon arrival.
 - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.

- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Ground floor has a communicating door with basement floor corresponding to a separate apartment.
