Renovated with extreme care by the current owners, it is surrounded by a park full of ancient cypresses and olive trees. The Villa is located a few kilometers from Lajatico, birthplace of Andrea Bocelli and from the Teatro del Silenzio, a place surrounded by nature that hosts every year the concert of the Tuscan tenor, known throughout the world. Also a few kilometers from the city of Volterra, known not only for its history, for being the location of fiction as 'I Medici 2' and 'I Medici 3'.
