Located in well maintained grounds with green areas and an onsite children’s playground this seaside holiday home is the perfect base for a family holiday or golfing holiday with friends. This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests:Property layout – Ground floor:-Open plan living area-Open plan kitchen-Open plan dining -Bathroom with showerProperty layout – First Floor :-Bedroom 1: twin ensuite sleeping 2-Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2-Bedroom 3: single sleeping 1The rear lawned garden can be accessed through the patio doors.There is children’s playground onsite. Outside this holiday homes there is off street parking available. Wi-Fi is also available at this ideally located holiday home in Dunmore East. The Lighthouse Bar & Restaurant is located next the holiday homes and provides family friendly dining overlooking the Hook Head & Dunmore East Harbour. The opening hours at the nearby bars and restaurants change throughout the year.

Local area & Tourist Attractions

The picturesque and seaside village of Dunmore East has something for everyone from the public playground, local horse riding, cliff top walks, bird watching, sailing & water sports at the harbour, and tennis at the local public tennis courts. Things to do in the local area:-The Waterford Greenway: 46km of off road cycling & walking (bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire – please note bookings must be made in advance) -Waterford City-Amusement Park in Tramore-The Wild Coastline at Hook Head -Passage East & Cheekpoint-Visit the Coves -Dunmore Adventure Centre: Aquapark -The Strand Inn-Dunmore Golf Classic in April -Dungarvan town

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels:Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Seacliff holidayhomes.

We love Dunmore East and the view from the house is incredible. The house has all the amenities you need including air fryer which was very handy. Shirley was lovely to deal with too. We have stayed in these houses for many years, and everytime we booked them they have increased in price!! I think if you are a returning customer you should get a loyalty discount. The house is quite noisy too, didn't bother us but if you have a baby it might interfere in their .

Late summer family holiday

We loved everything about our stay in Seacliff Holiday Home No 8., the house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, so near all the amenities of the village. Great wifi too. Booking was easy and our Arrival and Departure was effortless thanks to Shirley. We will definitely come back again. We had everything we needed. We could not fault anything.

We found the accommodation ti be clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. A very pleasant stay. A bbq and air fryer would have been nice to have.

Lovely location, lovely house!

The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants and beautiful views and walks. We like to cook, and this isn't a cook's house. Could do with better knives, basic spices ( salt, pepper, sugar, etc) and more cookware and tableware. Also, provide towels. It's not much expense and moves you up from lowest basic.

Lovely clean house in a beautiful and peaceful location. Rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. Check in and out very straight forward. Friendly approachable host. Walking distance to beaches & restaurants. Thank you for a perfect break in one of my favourite places.

The property was in a lovely position. We enjoyed a week’s stay and a delightful area. But - we were so cold. Property needed extra blankets for beds, duvets inadequate. A couple of the storage heaters did not work. With some attention and maintenance it would make it much more comfortable for future stayers.
