Dilham is a sleepy Broadland village tucked into an attractive landscape at the top of The Broads National Park.  There are meandering walks around Dilham, Honing and East Ruston, including part of the Weavers' Way, a long-distance footpath running from Cromer on the north Norfolk coast to Great Yarmouth on the east coast.

Outdoors:  The gardens are a feature of the house and extend to 0.5 acres. Lawns, herbaceous borders and mature trees surround the property. The Topiary Garden includes a dining table and chairs.  There is a charcoal barbeque and croquet set available for warmer days.
Parking:  Private parking for up to four cars.
Notes: Mobile reception – variable. Please note there is another holiday property, The Hayloft, next door to Dilham House, which has its own private garden space and entrance, so does not impinge on the main house itself.
