VillAgioi villa II is a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom 75sq m modern compact 2 floor villa, suitable for 4 guests in beds. An additional 1 guest can be accommodated in upstairs space with a pull out sofa. The villa amenities include outdoor bbq kitchen area, pool and its proximity to all the necessities in the neighborhood makes this a unique villa.

The villa is entered through the main gate from the parking area and you are immediately in the outdoor space with the pool and bbq area.

From the entrance of the villa is the open plan living room and kitchen with seating/living area. The living room area has sliding panel doors for direct seamless transition between the villa and outdoor pool area. The kitchen is eurodesign, full stainless steel appliances and high breakfast bar suitable for 2 guests.
Bedroom 1
Located on the ground floor with a pool view. Ensuite bedroom includes a Coco Mat mattress Queen size bed (1,70 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. The room also includes Smart 32"TV, A/C, opening closet area and luggage shelf. The split full ensuite bathroom has a toilet area and shower cabin.

Bedroom 2
Ensuite bedroom includes a Coco Mat mattress King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a mattress topper that can also be separated to create 2 singles (0,90x 2,00) upon prior request. The room also includes Smart 32"TV, A/C, opening closet area and luggage shelf. The split ensuite full bathroom has a toilet area and shower cabin. The bedroom has a private balcony.
Additional Room
This is an additional sleeping area space on this level next to the master suite which has the pull out sofa for the additional guest. The room also includes Smart 32"TV, A/C, wardrobe.
VillAgioi Luxury Living Villas are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
