Welcome to Villa Maremonte with Pool, close to the cities of Split and Trogir in the beautiful Dalmatia region. This 4-stars property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms.
The interior is modern and a welcoming atmosphere exudes warmth from the first moment you step inside. A fully equipped kitchen is connected to a dining and living room which are dominated by black tones and wooden details.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an unobstructed view of the outdoor area as well as an amazing sea view. The impressive property of 6000m2 features a huge verdant garden full of pine and olive trees as well as other Mediterranean plants.

The sleeping area spreads over all three levels: two bedrooms are on the ground level, one bedroom is in the middle and the three remaining bedrooms are on the top level of the villa.
