Breakwater is a second-floor seaside apartment resting in Seaton, Devon and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.

Note: External ramp to the building then one internal flight of stairs leading to the property so please bear this in mind when bookingNote: Supervise children on balcony area. Note:Garage (shared with two other apartments in the building) with space for storing paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, wet suits, fishing rods and electric charging point for bikes. Please note that the dishwasher inside the property is being replaced and is currently unavailable until further notice

Town: Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
