Denna 2 Unit Beachhouse Rental är tillgänglig för din familjs semester njutning i vår / sommar / hösten / eller vinter. Plats för detta hem är perfekt för en aktiv familj. Det ligger 1 gata utanför stranden och ligger mittemot två offentliga stränder och livräddare står. Stop & Shop ligger mellan dig och stranden för en snabb hämtning av nödvändigheter som is, solskärm och allt annat du behöver för en dag i solen (Ta tag i drinkar och beställda Boar's Head-smörgåsar när du går till stranden däck - soluppgångar är fantastiska !!!).

Detta är för den övervåningen enhet som har 3 sovrum (King, Queen & Bunk Beds) badrum med badkar, kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och ismaskin, luftkonditionering, 50 "plattskärms-tv, kabel, gratis WiFi, fullt soldäck med uteplats bord och stolar.

The Downstairs Unit är för närvarande inte uthyrd.

Det finns en tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En stor utomhusdusch, asfalterad sittgrupp framför, och stor 5-brännare gasgrill tillgänglig för allas användning plus gott om parkeringsplatser utanför gatan.

Detta är ett fantastiskt läge. Förutom havet kan du enkelt gå till shopping, restauranger och lokala aktiviteter som Wright Brothers Monument där flygningen började. Din familj kommer säkert att njuta av kvällsvandringar till Dairy Queen.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a great little house! Proximity to ocean, quickie mart, and area attractions was ideal. On-site laundry and plenty of beach toys, along with a fully stocked kitchen made this a great place to visit with kids.

Fantastic beach house!

Fantastic little beach house! Owner is very communicative, and any issues (dryer was heating, but not spinning) were solved quickly. The house is in a great location: about half a block from a beach entrance with a lifeguard station, a quarter block to a convenience store, and about 2 blocks to a large beach shop. You can also pretty easily walk to the Wright Brothers Memorial and other shops if you don't mind crossing 158. We didn't cook much (only breakfast/lunch), but the kitchen is functional, and there's a grill on the downstairs patio. We had a great week here!

Quick trip

Lovely little spot. With excellent kind communication from the host. Great location, I could walk to the beach to drink my coffee in the morning, and plenty to do in the area. The boys loved the big sun porch to set up their fishing gear. It had respectable mattresses compared to most rentals and a new refrigerator with an ice maker that works! I wish I had thoroughly read the description because no towels or washing machine was a bit of a shocker. But that is entirely on me. Still, I can’t wait to go back.

Beach 2023

The property is great. The location is ideal as it is one block from the public beach access. Property has a fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare meals if you want to. Nice deck with a table so that you can enjoy your meals outside if you like. There is a great shower outside that is private so that you can shower right after the beach. Property has a washer and dryer. Also has outside clothes line for hanging up wet beach clothes and towels.

Relaxing Getaway

Linda is an amazing property manager. She was helpful, answered all questions in a timely manner and takes pride in her house. We had everything we needed and had comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Quick walk to the beach!

My family and I stayed in the little pink and white house and had a lovely time. It reminded me of visiting an aunt on the shore—homey and quaint decor, comfortable, lived-in vibe and all the essentials a family needs for a relaxed getaway. Linda was responsive and made the whole process easy and stress-free! The beach was a quick walk away, and there are a ton of walkable restaurants and shops nearby. We’ll definitely come back to OBX!

Great spot, well maintained. Lots of beach chairs, a little collapsible cart that holds all your beach/fishing supplies. Roomy, nice new floors. Great beach decor too..

I came down to the OBX to spend the weekend celebrating my 40th bday. This house was exactly as the post stated and the owners of the house were very friendly. House was clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!!

beach house was clean,had most everything we needed. only exception was a 2nd bathroom. too many of us for one bathroom. another issue was the stairs for us,my husband and i don't do stairs well. we were up and down many,many times. otherwise not bad location, i just like being closer to beach,so i can see my dolphins jumping in the water. enjoyed outdoor shower.

Cute and convenient!

Cute beach house! We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and the Stop & Shop. It was nice to be able to be close to the beach! Ms.Linda (the owner) was so nice! She got up before we did on my daughter's 7th birthday and got fresh duck donuts! Of course with SPRINKLES!! It was too cool! The house was everything we needed, and she even had a baby gate ready for the porch if we wanted to let the dog hang outside with us. The house was clean and comfy. The beds slept comfortable, the shower was good and hot, and the outside shower was great too! Everything was great!

Wonderful week

Linda was very good to work with. There were some technical issues with VRBO during the initial booking process, but she worked hard to figure it out and make it right. Her communication was good throughout the process, even called me the day before! I loved the location, easy walk to the beach at a handicapped accessible access. This made it easier to pull my beach wagon. The house was a good size for four people. There were some nice extra features like outdoor shower and clothes line. I gave four stars on cleanliness, only because I'm a clean freak. I would have been willing to pay for the outside cleaning service. I just got over my OCD self and didn't let myself obsess. Linda was a great host, really wanted to make sure you were taken care of.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed staying there. Close to the beach and many other attractions. The apartment is set up nicely to sit outside. And was wonderful weather while we was there. Had a great time. Outdoor shower is nice
