Chez Goret Gites - Gite Skippy Couples only

Gite Skippy is a luxurious gite which makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life and is a great place for a romantic break and provides an oasis of calm. A lovely large in ground pool awaits to cool you down on those hot sunny days.

Although the gite sits in a rural location it is within easy reach of commerce and super markets along with fantastic restaurants and some of the most famous and prettiest villages in South West France.

You have your own private indoor jacuzzi spa which is both accessible from the pool area and from the bedroom. (This must be booked in advance at time of booking, there will be an extra supplement to pay if you wish to use the jacuzzi during your stay).


If you are a group of four travelling together we have another villa available - Gite Magic which could be rented at the same time and have your own separate accommodation but all on the same site.

As a self-catering gite you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher

The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers two televisions with all the English channels one in the upstairs sitting room and a further one in the bedroom
Internet access
You have your own private sunny terrace with sun loungers and patio table and chairs

The upstairs sitting room provides panoramic countryside and pool views

There is one bedroom in this villa which contains a double bed.


There is one en suite bathroom, which has double rain and massage showers and his and hers art deco washbasins


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable but please bring your own beach towels

Due to the nature of our business, we can accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage, which might be incurred while staying on site at Gite Magic (Chez Goret).
The owner shall not be liable to the client; for any temporary defect or stoppage of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance in the property, garden or swimming pool; for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners; for any loss¸ damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the owner shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the owner’s liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period

We have a no smoking policy and request that this be adhered to at all times

The pool will be available from end of May

Under no circumstances can there be any other occupants at the gite only those stated on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property booked, our grounds are for booked guests only.

We, the owners reserve the right to enter the property at a convenient/reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible if you should find anything which is not working.
